The house is 20mins from Homer and 25 mins to the end of the spit Alaska is calling and you must go!

Quiet neighborhood set in a mature spruce forest. 15 mins from the spit, 10 from town, 2m from Rogers Loop hiking. Private entrance on deck with grill, with a wood fired sauna. Full kitchen, and laundry.

Island Watch

A cozy spot for adventurers to crash. This mother-in-law style apartment is below our home just 3 miles from downtown Homer. We have kids, cats, dogs, chickens, bunnies, and two horses, it’s nothing short of an actual zoo/circus around here. While your unit is private, there will be any of the above mentioned running around in the yard at any given time. We can’t promise you won’t hear occasional footsteps but we will promise to “whisper yell” at our kids to not run in the house :)

Nestled in a wooded, private setting, this home was built in 2019. Enjoy the incredible views of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai mountains, three of our 5 visible glaciers and the Homer Spit. It is only a 3 minute drive to town, restaurants and medical facilities. Take a scenic 20 minute walk via the Reber Trail into town or Bishops Beach. Our home is ADA approved and wheel chair accessible. The Corry House is named in memory of Lt Paul Garay who served on the USS Corry and his wife Flo.
