Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

We are renting a beautiful 70 square meter loft apartment in an historic farm house in Wiesbaden, Delkenheim. The apartment is over 3 levels and has a new kitchen, oak floors, spiral staircase and many historic details. The house was built around 1800 and is part of a historical farm with barn and other buildings. The apartment has been renovated in early 2017. Delkenheim has good transportation connections but remains quiet.
