We were blown away by Susan's house's location and quality. The house has a pool, fire pit, BBQ station, outdoor seating, and more. Every day, Giraffes would walk behind the house and or drink from the small pond in the backyard. It was one of the best experiences that we have had. The drive into town is about 18 minutes, however, there is food and coffee roughly 8-10 minutes down the road. We would most definitely stay at Susan's place again, only we would stay longer than 3 days.

We had a fantastic stay at Susan's ! The house is massive, with a great deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the mountains, whilst looking at local wildlife. The rooms are just huge and beautifully put together too. We can only recommend this place for those wanting to visit the nearby Blyde River Canyon whilst enjoying the bush experience. To note: there's a great restaurant in the estate, one must try !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Wildlife Estate in Hoedspruit sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Thanks for an awesome stay. Our hosts were waiting at the entrance to guide us to the house. The photos don’t do justice to the place - the house is big and spacious - was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, free of creepy crawlies inside the house and fully air conditioned. The pool and deck were amazing and private. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly helper for daily housekeeping. An awesome, peaceful bush stay with surprise visits from some game. Highly recommended and we’d love to book again.

Lovely, calm place with beautiful views of the Mountains and zebras and giraffes visiting once in a while. The house was great and kitchen well equipped. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here for a vacation in the Blyde River Canyon area!

Our stay at Anna’s Airbnb in Selati Game Reserve was an unforgettable experience. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and perfectly immersed in nature. Waking up to stunning views and the sounds of wildlife was magical.A highlight was the private safari led by Sarina, our exceptional tracker. Her deep knowledge and passion for wildlife made every drive an adventure. Thanks to her expertise, we spotted the four out of the Big Five and learned so much about the ecosystem. From sundowners under the African sky to fireside evenings, everything was perfect. Anna’s attention to detail and Sarina’s guidance made this a truly special trip. Highly recommend for a luxurious and immersive safari experience! *Important to know prior to booking! You must get food prior to arriving. There are no food options available within an hour drive. She offered catering options, but I thought I would be able to drive close by to gather some. That was my fault, not hers! Next time, I'll cater!

Elephant Point e o Mavalanga Lodge são incríveis. Me surpreenderam demais. As fotos nao refletem a beleza do local, as instalações e conforto do empreendimento. Você está efetivamente no meio da natureza. Avistamos da piscina zebras, elefantes, antílopes, hipopotamos, mas o melhor ficou para o último dia. ... avistamos um leopardo há cerca de 50 a 70 metros da casa .. inacreditável. O staff é sensacional... antes da chegada (por email) no check in e durante a estadia a Patience foi extraordinária, assim como a housekeeping (acho que pronuncia Niele). A casa é excepcional...cozinha completa, quartos confortáveis, decoração belíssima, um quarto com mesa de bilhar, telão e até uma academia, que deixaram as crianças entretidas o tempo todo. A vista da pscina para o rio é fenomenal. Por fim, um agradecimento ao nosso motorista/ranger, Pete, que tem olhos de águia ... avistamos os BiG FIVE e muito mais animais no game drive com ele. Definitivamente quero voltar. Nota 1000000

Einfach perfekt! Tracey ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns geholfen eine begleitete Safari für den Kruger Park zu buchen und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich würde immer wieder bei ihr buchen. Die Unterkunft und die Außenanlagen, inklusive Pool waren super sauber und wurden auch täglich gereinigt. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir einen frischen Strauß Blumen in der Küche stehen. Danke für die tollen Tage im Wildlife Estate! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The place looks more beautiful than the photos. It’s quite private and full of nature. The animals even come close to where you stay. The hosts go out of their way to ensure your comfort. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most incredible stay at Afrikaya Bush Lodge! From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly at home. The lodge is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings, offering a truly tranquil and immersive bush experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature was an absolute highlight. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made the experience even more special. The lodge also offers great access to nearby game reserves and activities, making it the perfect spot for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in the heart of the bush, this is the place to be. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.!!

The place looked very beautiful the pictures don't do justice to it Animals would just come to visit the house especially in the morning just imagine eating breakfast outside the patio and you looking at Buffalos grazing All in all it was a great place to be in we would do it again if needs be the place was beautiful and peaceful The house helpers were also very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our 4 days stay at the Bush house

Fantastic loacation. Perfect home away from home and ideal for a relaxing few days together with family and friends. Carol is extremely helpful and always available for every need. I recommend this wonderful lodge to anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful experience in the african nature.
