Your accommodation is downstairs of our family home: a self-contained area with a separate entry off the verandah. It has a bedroom, a fully renovated bathroom, and a small living area with a kitchenette. We live upstairs, so we can assist you if needed but we also will give you privacy. There is free on-street parking.

"The Cave" is a stylish and unique self-contained apartment under my centrally located 1885 West Hobart home. It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a short walk to the Elizabeth Street North Hobart cafe strip. With the stairs to the entry and the bed in a raised platform "nook", "The Cave" may not be for everyone, but if you're looking for well located lodgings that ooze atmosphere I think you'll love it!

The Mill Race is a colonial heritage building that has been brought back to life from derelict condition to offer a contemporary living space enhanced by a bespoke fit out. Our approach has been to conserve rather than restore, to capture a balance between ‘old and new’.
