The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Amazing place, very friendly and responsive owner, very clean and regular cleaning . WiFi was perfect, nice tv , very comfortable and easily accessible. I stayed here for a month and I would highly recommended. Air conditioning worked well. As an international traveller I can’t recommend this place highly enough. 100%

Had a great stay at this apartment in Pune. There were a few minor issues, but Lalit made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Lalit was super responsive and kind, and Raju, the caretaker, was always helpful and around when needed. Would stay again :)

Located in a secure and well-developed society, it offered a peaceful and pleasant environment. I stayed at Divesh’s place for 20 days, and it was a fantastic experience. Divesh was a wonderful host—extremely responsive, kind, and proactive. When he found out I was getting married, he even offered to do my Haldi/Mehendi photography, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Throughout my stay, he was quick to address any issues and always had alternative solutions ready, making everything seamless. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Pune. Highly recommend! P.S. The older maid can be a bit cranky at times, but it’s a minor issue compared to the overall great experience.

Ananya's place was great value for money and location, Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and balcony had wonderful view, all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Urban Nook. Felt like home ! Everything from check in to parking was smooth. Worth it. It’s a time travel to 90s with a generation old building. Harshada has blended it with thoughtful interiors. Close to road yet peaceful. Early morning cold breeze from ITI campus was soothing. We will prefer this small yet beautiful space for our next visit. Host Harshada is very supportive.

The early morning sun rise from the bedroom balcony was treat to eye. Perfect location and good view
