(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.

Your cabin is located 30 minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. It features a queen size bed, queen size air mattress, a space heater, ceiling fan, and floor fan. Relax & start your day with a complementary cup of coffee or hot tea on your lanai. You're also welcome to prepare & enjoy meals in the screened communal & well-stocked kitchen, where you'll feel close to nature with lots of space for meal prep & dining.

Privacy fenced and shaded outdoor concrete patio with table and chairs. Though the rental is far from the slow, red cinder road that takes you there, town and stores are accessible via new highway with memorable views through the 2018 Kilauea lava flow.
