This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.

Downtown Hilo Studio

A hidden gem in Hilo, this studio is attached to our family home, situated in a safe, slightly hilly walk from downtown Hilo. This studio unit has its own private entrance through the side gate of the main house. The unit and its lanai look out onto our backyard where our pet goats reside. They are timid yet friendly, especially if your come bearing ti leaf and goat treats. Drop us a line if youʻre interested in staying!

Your cabin is located 30 minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. It features a queen size bed, queen size air mattress, a space heater, ceiling fan, and floor fan. You're also welcome to prepare & enjoy meals in the screened communal & well-stocked kitchen, where you'll feel close to nature with lots of space for meal prep & dining.
