Everything is absolutely amazing. The stuff is really friendly and if you go through the house with them they are happy to clean all little things to european standard. The outside bathroom and the many many different seating areas with different atmosphere and spectacular view over the golf course and the sundown. 100% Caribbean

Las fotos no describen al 100% el alojamiento, el lugar super agradable, lindo, bien cuidado, bueno para compartir en familia y desconectarse. Muchas áreas verdes para jugar, se lo disfrutó desde el más grande hasta el perrito. Al igual que los demás huéspedes, los cuidadores son personas muy agradables, amables y serviciales. Aunque la casa tiene inversor y tuvimos luz hubo un inconveniente con la energía eléctrica el primer día por una avería en la zona, pero es algo que se escapa del control del anfitrión, la única afectación de que no hubiera luz era que no tenían energía ni la nevera ni los aires acondicionados, pasada las 10 de la noche el cuidador don Kiko se ofreció a guardarnos los alimentos que se podían dañar en su nevera que estaba fría. Salvo este pequeño inconveniente, el alojamiento cumplió al 100% nuestras expectativas.

Siempre encantada con este alojamiento. Es como llegar a casa, el trato amable, la gentileza de Ada y sus atenciones son excepcionales. El cuidado y la higiene hacen este lugar super acogedor. Lo recomendaría y volveré siempre que pueda.

Phil is a super host, always responsive via text or phone. The villa is situated in a gate development with 24hr security. The villa has an electronic key pad entry system (key less entry). The villa is beautifully furnished with designer furniture. It has 3 bedrooms each having en-suite bathrooms with showers, 60inch smart T.V and locks on all doors. The ground floor has an open plan lounge, dinning area, kitchen, toilet and washing machine in cupboard. All areas have air conditioning. All windows are double glazed with outside mesh to stop bugs entering when open. The garden has seating that is shaded from the sun and a hot tube (not heated, but perfectly fine when in). The villa is 5mins - 20mins to all the hot spots you need to go to, which was great.

House is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Host was great and extremely responsive. Important to note that house is in marina area which is tranquil and quiet. A bit of a distance to restaurants as not a lot happening in marina area. Beach club restaurant and pizza were nice. Would definitely rent again if looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. No grocery within Cap Cana but host made it extremely easy to have groceries delivered prior to arrival. Overall a fun stay and a beautiful home.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and every space was clean and well-maintained. Thank you for everything – I highly recommend this place 100%

Awesome place, perfect for what we needed. Close to village, marina, airport. AC was always pumping cold and when we did lose hot water, Francisco was on it right away and it was fixed. Awesome place and host!

The stay was seamless thanks to Stacie and her team. The apartment is airy and relaxing. The decor lends itself to feeling relaxed and homie. I have to decide what to focus on here because it was such an amazing stay. I would hands down recommend this apartment and property owner. Stacies’s team made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Yessenia even picked us up from the airport, took us shopping, hired our personal chef. The daily cleaning was impeccable and not intrusive. I have rented many apartments and homes over the years and this has been the best care we have ever received. Mind you we have stayed in a mansion in Casa de Campo with a butler in the past. We also prefer this to 5 star all inclusive resorts because it allows the feel of home while having the amenities right outside our door. I could go on but then this would become an essay. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to any couple that is looking to relax and decompress.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Kath and Arlene were very responsive and made check-in super easy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the area was quiet and safe, with lots of great spots nearby. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay. I would stay there again. Very clean, all the cooking tools that I needed, Lots of towels and bedding. The condo was very close to the beach and a lot of places to go shopping. Jaun was nice to deal with, even gave us a ride from the airport and bought us a beer.

excelente vista, habitaciones confortables, muchos lugares para escaparse y estar tranquilo. Espacios para los mas pequeños de la casa. Piscina super limpia, hermosa. todo muy higienico.
