Host was very kind and responsive. The driveway was super steep and I was nervous my little car wouldn’t get up it but it went up just fine (when I didn’t get nervous and stop 🤦‍♀️). Never had a problem with the WiFi. The place and surroundings are beautiful. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to coming back again.

What a wonderful, off the beaten path, place to get away for some peace and quiet. The only thing better is the host is fantastic, always repsonsive, very helpful and just generally a joy to communicte with. I highly recommend everyone check out Peaceful Hills and if you have a bike and like riding gravel roads, your options are endless.

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

My group really enjoyed staying at Williams‘s place. It’s such a cozy place,well decorated, and comfortable. He quickly responded to emails before I got there and after check-in. There were snacks on the counter and several easy to fix items in the cabinet, which would’ve been handy if we had not been able to get to a grocery store before check-in. I loved the shower and could have stayed in there for days. I felt very safe walking the dog in the early morning hours before sun up. The neighborhood is lovely and is close to downtown. When you stay here, I recommend you walk around the square, read the historical markers on each business, and admire the murals. I highly recommend this home to other travelers. Nora was amazing, we were in for a chicken show and to pickup some babydoll Southdown lambs. Randy (the pig) stayed in the house, and my lambs were able to stay in his stall right outside our apartment. Nora was friendly and welcoming. She even allowed us to keep the lambs and chickens in the barn after check in until we were ready to load up and go back to Oklahoma. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay with Nora!

The tiny house was absolutely perfect for me and my partner, very cozy but also felt like we could move around the space easily. The ceiling fan kept the air moving and the A/C worked great. I’m actually 6’4 in height and had no problems with bathroom or kitchen! My dog was also able to enjoy the trip with the walking trials around the property! Huge plus! I would definitely recommend this spot for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway!

Lisa was great and the house was perfect for our getaway. Even when we had a power outage due to a situation at substation, Lisa was on it! Kept us informed! Would recommend Lisa and her home and hope to visit again.

This cabin was a delightful& peaceful getaway for a quiet weekend. The front porch, with its swing & rocking chair, afforded a fantastic view of the countryside and creek. You had to walk through the yard from the gravel drive, but we were aware& packed accordingly. From either the hot tub, or the small table & chairs on the back deck, we could watch the hilarious interactions of cows & chickens as they went about their business. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious & functional for sharing & moving about to take care of meals and showers. The cosy seating area and the smaller, but no less cosy, bedroom were new but decorated in country vintage charm. There were blankets to keep warm as it got cold outside, and the windows were large enough to let in the light. We didn’t go up to the loft as the stairs were steep, nor down to the creek, as the rain prevented it. The rules were reasonable, & while we might have liked a dryer to manage wet things, everything was thoughtfully stocked!
