Gorgeous property in a great location, easily walkable from the train station, city centre and bus stops onto the university of Lancaster. Responsive and helpful host. comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfect for a stay with friends or a family.

Great location in the middle of Ulverston. Kitchen had everything we needed and when we needed to we pressed 'boost' on the heating controls and the house heated quickly. very cozy, homely house. Would recommend and stay again

Even though I had to clean the toilet (there were stains on the upstairs toilet) we still loved our stay at Naomi's place. The garden is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable, and the living room recliners are perfect. I really liked the linen, the feel and the smell.

Fabulous house, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge. Beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Easy to find parking on the street outside. Country walks from the town, or short drives to the Tolkien Trail which is a fantastic 3 hour walk with a pub at the start and end. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at this house. Pictures don't do it justice with the house much bigger than it looks. Very accessible location with only a 5 minute walk to the front of Lytham and it's beautiful windmill. 10 minute walk from the house will also take you right into the main street in the town where there are loads of cafes, pubs and shops. Helen was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our Easter break.

Great location close to the centre of the village. The property was nice and clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Bed was very comfy and shower was powerful and hot. I would happily stay here again.

Just what we needed for our base in the lakes. The park over the road was ideal for our 5 year old daughter and to get the dogs out on an evening. Cute and cosy, with everything we needed. The Chinese over the road was delicious. plenty of food options within walking distance, but we were out most of the day and just had takeaway.

We very happy with the house is good house for big family trip. Easy to parking car and check in. We have very nice trip in there. The owner she very nice she let us check in earlier. High recommend for her. Thank you so much

Lovely spacious ground floor apartment in a gated Georgian Building full of character. I stayed with a female friend and we felt safe and secure at all times and the bonus of parking for two cars is a rare find in Clitheroe. The welcome goods on arrival plus milk in the fridge were a nice touch too. I am familiar with Clitheroe as I shop there but have never stayed overnight but would do again definitely as there are lots of good places to eat and drink such as Holmes Mill, The Emporium and Wills Restaurant to name but a few. Also some nice independent shops too. My friend is from Scotland and she cant wait to return. There are also several excellent restaurants a short drive from Clitheroe too. The Ribble Valley offers lots to explore and some great scenery. Well worth a visit is the Melt Candle company in Waddington which is a ten minutes drive away. Tina is a great host and happy to help with anything and keeps in touch with you. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

Had such a wonderful stay at Racheals place felt so at home and Rachel was so responsive to anything we asked beautifully furnished and sooooo comfortable to loved every minute of our stay over Easter with family and we hosted our Easter Sunday dinner as the place was so well equipped thank you for making us so welcome

The perfect accommodation for our group trip to Lancaster - had everything a group needs for a short stay and more. Ray and Sue were amazing hosts, extremely accommodating and helpful. Plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen, would definitely stay here again, thank you!

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Honestly one of my favourite air bnbs I’ve stayed at. Howard was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the house. He greeted us upon arrival even though we were a bit late. There was amazing cake and eggs upon arrival. The place is dog friendly and they were very accommodating when we forgot to bring a dog towel. Wood was provided for the fireplace, which was super cosy relaxing by it one evening, even though the place is nice and warm anyway. The place was not too far of a drive from Scarfell which we climbed one day. The other, Howard let us feed the lambs which was a memorable and completely unforgettable experience! Thank you! This is a fantastic place and we would love to come back! 😊

This is the second time I have stayed at the studio. It is a lovely little place, compact but with everything you need in a very beautiful and convenient spot. Carol and Margaret are very helpful and friendly it is always a pleasure to stay in their beautiful flat. Thank you for being so welcoming and accomodating.

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

Very clean, beautiful place to stay, would stay here again in future for sure 100% recommend for anyone else looking to stay here. Place is close to north pier and very quiet even at weekends its not very noisy
