What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We went to York for a creative retreat and the house was the perfect backdrop for firing up creativity and imaginative whilst having lots of space to relax in the evenings. Everything was as listed, clean and homely, and any questions were answered promptly. We'd love to stay again!

If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

The place was nice , very clean and good view . Felt right at home and comfortable

having been let down by our original holiday home we needed a place to stay at very short notice. we inquired about maple house and within 2 hours we were actually in the property. fabulous help and service from the team there.

Close to town, easy walk to York along the river which was lovely. The house had everything we needed, we felt at home very quickly. Would certainly recommend for a visit to York.

Clean and quiet place to stay!

We had a lovely night's stay at Chase. Before even arriving, Paul was great at giving us instructions and being available to answer any questions we had. He was very responsive and was kindly flexible with the check in time for us, arriving from Stirling, it was perfect to check in and get rid of our bags before exploring York. The house is a short walk from the bus stop, and we found getting the bus to and from no problem. Situated in a lovely, quiet, quaint area, we loved the location, peacefulness and safe feeling of the location. We stayed with my friend's baby and the provision of a carry cot was fab! We were met with a lovely welcome basket on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The house was bright, clean and a home from home for us. Lidl is just round the corner as well so we could get food and drink. A lovely stay for a group of friends and a wee one. We recommend staying here for anyone wanting time out of the city centre but with easy access to the shops and attractions.

Our 3 night stay here was great. Perfect location, supermarket close by and could walk to any attraction easily. Very comfortable and the wine, biscuits and other provisions were much appreciated.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

Our stay was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the heart of York and a short walk to York Minster, which we did every day to “check on her”! Eating places and pubs all close by and in the same street too. Just a wonderful experience in this beautiful medieval city. Highly recommend. And on a clear day you can see York Minster through the roof windows which was delightful.

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

Excellent place to stay - so convenient for the railway station and very quiet given it’s in the heart of the city. Good value for money and well equipped - feels like a home from home. Great host and great place in a city that we love more each time we visit! Thank you - hope to stay again!

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

ideal location. light, airy, spacious flat. go to Taas for dinner - just over the road. only tip: would recommend eye masks if you're light sensitive in mornings.

The pictures don't do this amazing flat justice! The place was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's a 10 minute walk into the heart of the city centre. Alison was an amazing host and was extremely responsive and helpful, we couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Had a fabulous weekend at Melissa & Tom’s property which is in an excellent location, 5 to 10 mins from quality bars and restaurants. Easy check in with on site parking and in a lovely quiet location. Wife particularly pleased with the main bed as she has hip problems bless her. Can easily recommend this property for a weekend or week away and wife is already wanting to book here for later in the year.

The flat is compact but well-appointed and is located close to restaurants and shops (the nearest grocery store is a 3 minute walk around the corner) and just 15 minutes from the train station. It is ten minutes from any of the major attractions in York. Dagi and Chris were very responsive. We had a small issue with the washing machine but they responded immediately when contacted and were soon able to tell us how to fix the problem. All-in-all, our stay was a very enjoyable experience.

Diane’s apartment was delightful. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for our stay and is the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Malton with a designated parking space. The only thing we might say is that, if you have a big vehicle, parking can be a bit tight. Thank you Diane.

Very close to city centre and includes a parking place. Ideal if visiting York and want to avoid driving finding a space in the city centre. Accommodation looks as in the pictures. Apparentmnet clean.

Absolutely fantastic place, loved everything about it, attention to detail was outstanding, its a beautiful home to stay, had everything we needed and more, location was perfect for us to attend a wedding lots of local shops and restaurant everyone were very friendly 10/10 was perfect Thank you Robert & your cleaning lady it was spotless.

A great Airbnb in York, the apartment was very well located and we enjoyed the short walk into York. So many great cafes, pubs and restaurants very near by. The apartment was super clean, the bed was comfy and it had a good shower!

We had a lovely stay here and loved the accommodation. Wonderful views of the minster too! 🤩 Our hosts were really good at communicating with us too and answered any questions we had promptly.

Great stay again. Very convenient for Wakefield. Only issue was the smoke alarm was very sensitive- be careful that steam doesn't escape into the hallway if you have a hot shower! Laura was very quick to come and help when the alarm went off (sorry again!).
