Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

This house is a perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River! It was a perfect spot for a little spring break getaway with my family of four. Comfortable living quarters and an awesome deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The inside is a bit dated, which is why I gave 4/5 for the value. But the place is spotlessly clean and the location can't be beat. Outside: Plenty of kayaks for everyone to use and an easy dock made for a quick launch. The backyard firepit was perfect for s'mores as the sun set. Tabitha was happy to give us a late checkout (with a super speedy response) so we could enjoy one more morning on the river. Def would recommend!

I was absolutely delighted with my recent stay! The property was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Each area was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. If you're searching for an excellent accommodation option for a group of six or more, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's ideal for gatherings, whether you're planning a family reunion, a friends' getaway, or a retreat. You will find ample space for socializing, along with inviting bedrooms that ensure everyone has their own comfortable nook. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way!

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

The property itself was beautiful and had great potential; however, it would benefit from more consistent maintenance and upkeep. Upon arrival, the beds were not properly made, with ruffled covers and noticeable stains on all the bedding. There was no tissue available in the downstairs area, and the bathroom had visible hair and residue from previous guests, both on the floor and in the shower. Additionally, the hot tub was unfortunately filled with dirty water, which made it unusable. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and pool area. The sunset views were absolutely stunning, and it was a joy to watch the dolphins when they appeared. The overall scenery was incredibly peaceful, and being right on the water added a serene and relaxing touch to the experience.

This is our fourth time staying in the area and I will definitely look for rentals through Sonya again. It was clean and there were clear instructions on how to check in and out.

The perfect spot on the river to enjoy family and friends while resting in the water

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.
