A group of 7 women, ages 31 to 83 stayed in Adam's place. It was PERFECT for our needs. The house was beautiful and smelled new. We enjoyed playing games at the huge dining table. The bathrooms were GORGEOUS!! We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home! Stayed here with friends and we were all impressed. Especially loved how comfy and luxurious the beds were!

This place is a hidden gem! We spent a weekend getaway at Jeffrey's and had the most amazing time in the middle of the woods, right by the James River. The private river beach is absolutely stunning—our toddler loved collecting shells and exploring the scenic trail that winds through the area. The house itself is beautifully designed and extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the large, light-filled windows to the outdoor grill and cozy fireplace. It's also very kid-friendly, making it a perfect retreat for families. We couldn't have asked for a better escape into nature! We drove from VB to Williamsburg for lunch and took the free ferry with our cars to the Airbnb. You can surely drive to the Airbnb directly as well but the touch of ferry was great!

We had a wonderful stay with Hilary for our first visit to Richmond. Her home was in a great location - close to downtown, but in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Hilary was a great host. She was quick to respond, went above to accommodate our early arrival and later departure, and was a wealth of knowledge for all things Richmond. It was very comfortable staying in her home and enjoying her beautiful backyard. The room was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Her two, adorable pups were also a highlight.

I had a wonderful experience with Crystal. She is very calm and attentive, and I felt comfortable discussing anything with her, as she appears to be a highly knowledgeable person. Crystal's home features a beautifully vintage artistic decor, skillfully blending various art styles from different eras and contexts with her own creations. Overall, the atmosphere of her house is very welcoming and aligns perfectly with her name; you can truly feel the presence of "crystal" in the space.

We had an amazing experience staying at J’s place. Communication with J was seamless and quick, even when we had a late-night flat tire on our check-in day. The cabin was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to meet J and his family, and when they found out I ride horses, they graciously invited me to help out at their barn and even gave me the chance to ride one of their horses, Pete. Their hospitality and kindness were truly exceptional. We highly recommend staying at J’s property—you’ll have a fantastic time and be very well cared for!

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

This home is a gem! We enjoyed the quiet of the woods and peaceful pond and were minutes from our wedding venue. Blake was extremely kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here! We wanted to take our kids to Busch Gardens, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house had all the adventures for our kids with plenty of space and a short drive to Williamsburg!
