This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

It was our second visit to Travis's place. Like the time before, the apartment was very clean. The location is near all amenities including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The backyard is a nice plus when you're in an urban area. We had a great stay - thank you Travis!

We felt cheated at not having been able to get beach time this year and the only option for us to correct that was staying at Robert's blue cottage. It wasn't even a question for us since we've had many prior visits and knew it would be the best perfect spot to escape. Already thinking about next year! Robert was wonderful, as always, with all aspects of our visit. Let me not forget to mention the deer, 3-4 of them traveling together, spent a lot of time hanging out with us just off the deck, feeding and nestled under cover of the trees. We felt welcomed.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was in town for two days for a concert and this place was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to recreation, restaurants, and entertainment. Nicole is a wonderful host and very responsive. I love the aesthetics and decor too! I would highly recommend!!

this home makes you feel right at home. plenty of room. great location. great host , very courteous. best place to stay if visiting long island. very safe neighborhood, short walking distance to shops, beach and LIRR station

Very cozy house, very new and clean. Would recommend to others. Could walk to Dunkin to get breakfast, that is very convenient

This house worked out perfectly with plenty of bedrooms and beds for our large family. We had 4 adults and 4 under the age for four stay here. The kitchen was extra large with an ample amount of cabinets and countertop. When we brought the rest of the family over from Eden, the large dining room table allowed all of us, four more adults and two teenagers, to join in without being crowded. The downstairs was so big it allowed for all the games and toys to be out and parents were easily able to monitor their young children. Three bathrooms upstairs allowed each family to have their own bath, with a convenient additional half bath downstairs. The location of this house was the best. One could walk to the train station, Starbucks, Max’s bagels (great NY bagels), the beach (6 blocks), the grocery store, playgrounds, and the row of restaurants on Park Ave. Edwin was a great host who responded quickly when needed. Yes, I would come back to this house.

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

David and Ileana are exceptional hosts. The Long Beach Bungalow exceeded every expectation from the time I was greeted by David, throughout my week long stay, and the minute it was time to head back home. My intention was to have a week of rest and relaxation. A daily walk on the boardwalk and beach was invigorating. I walked everywhere. The supermarket, restaurants, a spa day, and a boutique. The bungalow is equipped with every amenity you could possibly want. That shower was AMAZING. But let me say, David and Ileana’s attention to detail and kindness is extraordinary.

Robert was an awesome host! Super easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We even got to meet him he made balloon animals and did magic tricks for our kid, which was the sweetest thing ever. Seriously such a down-to-earth, kind person. The neighborhood was quiet, cute, and felt really safe. The house was beautiful and way bigger than we expected! We had everything we needed and felt totally at home. Definitely planning to book with him again!

I was there for a conference. From the house, the campus is easily reacheable (also by foot). Gaby and her husband were extremely kind, available and flexible during the whole stay. All the while being very respectful of the intimacy provided by the (bigger than expected!) studio. Thank you again!

We found Haithum to be a woderful and responsive host. The place was well equipped, spotless and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the tv's are huge. There is a lovely backyard and pool, but since we were "off season", we didn't make use of them. This unit is the lower floor of a home. There are other renters on the upper floor that can be heard on occasion, but hardly a deal breaker. We would definitely consider staying here again. FYI, the AirBnB fee kicked the cost up almost $30 per day so be aware.

We had a lovely family vacation at Claudia's house in Port Jefferson. We were there Easter weekend with some young children and Claudia was thoughtful enough to leave a basket of easter eggs with candy! The house was very comfortable with lots of seating and very comfy beds. Each room has an AC/heating unit that you could control with a remote which was really nice. The house was very spacious with a big sunroom in the front, a basketball hoop in the driveway and a nice seating area in the backyard with cushioned chairs. It really felt like we could spread out and socialize and our kids had a lot of fun playing outside. The backyard is big but very private with fencing and trees all around. Claudia was very responsive to any questions I had and accommodating of my requests. Port Jefferson is also a very fun town with lots of shopping and parks and playgrounds. If you have kids I recommend Rocket Park.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

Place was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently furnished with many kitchen appliances. Moderately noisy from the traffic (as you can expect close to the road) and typical noise from the rest of the house. Johnna was very easy to communicate with. Got greeted by a very cute cat as we parked outside :)

Very comfortable place to stay for a couple or single person. We were in town for an event in RVC and Bernice's place was a convenient 10 minute ride away. Everything was as described and the bed was extremely nice! Would stay here again.

The place looked exactly like the photos—very clean and well-kept. I had a wonderful time staying here. Colleen was incredibly helpful and kind, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to come back again!

We were in my husband’s hometown visiting family for the holidays and the entire experience was perfect. The location, the amenities, the homey charm. We’ll definitely be back!

Denis was a great host; very responsive and willing to attend to our needs. The apartment is located near numerous bus routes and it is very easy to get to the city from there. About a half mile away there is also a very large park with all types of sports complexes, dog park, and walking paths. The apartment appliances were very nice and the place is very clean. The apartment is a bit tight, however, and while there is a futon in a small common area right inside the door, there is no real living room in the apartment. The second bedroom also has a futon so we used that room as a defacto living room. However, both futons and the bed in the main bedroom were a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely place. Host was very nice and the house was lovely. the apartment is in walking distance of a bus stop. Very clean and well taken care of. would 100 percent stay here again!

We were in town for a concert in Red Bank and the cabin met our needs perfectly. Ideal accommodations for two people and we were able to bring our dog along. An easy stay in a very comfortable setting.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Peter's place. The apartment was very clean and homey. The neighborhood was convenient- close to the subway, stores, restaurants, parks, and to the start/finish line of the half marathon we were in town for. The hosts were helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay at his place in the future!

Joseph is a great host and is always responsive to my request. The check-in process is super easy and the place is exactly as described in the photo and the description. The location is quite, peaceful, easy to find, and there are planety of good restaurants around that area. View as it is on an island is also pretty good! Highly recommend!
