Helsinki : locations de vacances en appartement

Mark et Ketta ont été accueillants et réactifs, très arrangeants pour le départ et extrêmement gentils. L'appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et bien situé dans la ville. Les lits sont très confortable, on dort très bien dans cet appartement. Je recommande vivement!

Huoneisto on erittäin puhdas ja kodikas ja tarjoaa kaiken, jotta voit tuntea olosi mukavaksi. Todella kiva sisustus, rauhallinen scandinaavinen design, mukavat vuoteet, tilava olohuone, jossa on myös työpöytä, erinomainen tunnelma! Keittiössä on kaikenlaisia laadukkaita ruoanlaittovälineitä, astioita ja aterimia. Lyhyet matkat metroasemalle sekä bussipysäkille, kauppoja (kauppakeskus Lauttis mukaan lukien) ja useita leikkipuistoja sekä ihana Kasinonrannan uimaranta on lähellä asuntoa. Kethe on mahtava majoittaja, lämmin ja avulias, kommunikointi hänen kanssaan oli helppoa ja sujuvaa. Asuimme yli kuukauden Kethen huoneistossa ja suosittelemme lämpimästi majoittumista täällä uusille vieraille!

I totally recommend Salla’s place for a short stay in Helsinki — it’s super easy to get to by foot, metro, or tram.

Majoitus oli hyvällä paikalla ja helppo löytää. Selkeät kuvalliset ohjeet saimme. Autoilijan näkökulmasta oli mukava, että oli ilmainen pysäköinti parkkihallissa. Ainoa miinus oli, että asunnossa oli käytetty vahvoja hajusteita siivouksessa(?), jonka takia astmani reagoi. Mutta asuntoa tuuletettaessa tuoksu hälveni. Kiitos majoituksesta! Voimme suositella muillekkin :)

Khoi on erittäin ystävällinen ja mukavan oloinen mies, vastasi aina viesteihini välittömästi ja selkeästi. Asunto oli tilava ja puhdas kaikin puolin. Olen todella tyytyväinen majoitukseen, voin suositella!

Everything worked really well and I appreciated the clear instructions and the flexibility of Johanna. The place is cozy, easy to find, located in a peaceful area and has all you need for a short stay. I totally recommend it!

Erittäin siisti ja toimiva asunto. Varustelutaso oli erinomainen ja asunto täysin puhdas. Oma, ilmainen parkkipaikka talon edessä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuvaa hyvien ohjeiden ansiosta.

Appartement très bien situé dans Kallio, bien décoré, chaleureux et fournissant le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner en plus d’être facile d’accès. Hôte très accueillante, assez réactive, arrangeante et très agréable. Super séjour à Helsinki grâce à cet appartement !

Viihtyisä, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu asunto. Rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Sijainti oli aivan mahtava, kaikki tarvittava lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Ohjeet asunnon löytämiselle ja sisäänkirjautumiselle olivat selkeät ja muutenkin majoittajan kanssa viestintä oli helppoa. Suosittelen!

Très bien. Le logement : impeccable. Facile d'accès, les transports en communs sont facilement accessible. La gare est à proximité direct du logement.

My sister and I spent a long weekend in Helsinki and Iiris and Josh's place was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and really close to all the main attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking. Iris gave us some great grocery store recommendations and supplied us with lots of coffee (thank you!). It was a last minute trip and we had no plans and Iris gave us some fantastic recommendations (we would definitely recommend Löyly Sauna, it was one of those memorable experiences). We also found the guide books in the apartment very useful to help us plan. All round we had a wonderful few days and would definitely stay here again.

Endrit is a great host, he was very communicative and helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. The place is very clean, amazing sauna inside the flat and also loved the communal swimming pool upstairs. Very comfy bed and it had all the things I needed. The location was perfect for me, super easy from the airport by train and a short walk.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

I had a wonderful week in Helsinki. Antonio's flat is great - clean, minimalist, cosy. I received a very warm welcome and we had great conversations. The location of the flat is also perfect: the neighbourhood is exciting and you can explore a lot... you can walk into the city or take the tram. I would come back anytime :)

Great month spent in this shared accommodation! Endrit is responsive, friendly and does everything to make you feel at home The apartment has many advantages: Proximity to the largest station and shopping center in Helsinki (maybe even in Finland), The apartment has a private sauna but you also have access to the top floor (by reservation) of a larger sauna, gym, smoking balcony and a 12.5m heated indoor pool Just incredible, I will not hesitate to book this accommodation again !
