We spent eleven nights in this lovely house during our trip to the UK. We liked the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great shower. The location is ideal for exploring the local area and a great base for walking. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great accommodation in a great location, right in the middle of Hebden Bridge.

Colin's place was lovely, we felt right at home! Loved all the quirky collections around the house. Everything in the house was clearly thought out especially the binder! It had everything from house manuals to places to eat and explore around Thurlstone/Penistone. The location was an ideal base for nature walks/hikes as it's only a few steps from trans-penine trail. It was lovely to meet Colin on our way out too!

Cozy terrace house, beautifully decorated, we felt right at home. Good soundproofing between bedrooms and didn’t hear the neighbours so nice and quiet. Note that the staircases are extremely steep up to the 1st floor (master bedroom and single bedroom) as well as spacious bedroom on the second floor. One bathroom with lots of hot water and a great bath and shower. Enclosed garden for our dog was great, thanks for the dog welcome bowls and treats ! Parking was on the street right outside.

This is our favourite place to stay when we visit Halifax, especially when we want to bring our two dogs. It's only a few minutes' drive from the Piece Hall, Shibden Hall, the Bankfield Museum and other places we like to visit, but it is quiet and feels like countryside. Fields are on two sides, with deer and foxes that sometimes pose for us in early morning or at dusk. It's always clean. Everything we need is right there. We especially love have enough of a freezer to bring a week's worth of our dogs' favourite food. In the Halifax area we really don't want to stay anywhere else.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The cottage is set in a beautiful rural setting with lots of great walks accessible without having to drive anywhere. There is a great local pub a 5 minute walk along the lane and plenty more a short hike away. Jim and Diane were the perfect hosts - respecting your privacy whilst always being available to answer any questions. The property was wonderful and perfectly set up for my elderly mother who has mobility issues - extremely comfortable with fantastic views of the surrounding fields and hills. We will definitely make a return visit in the future and thoroughly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday. Many thanks for a wonderful Easter break.

Fab house with absolutely everything you could need in the. Great location. Only a short walk to a few pubs. We went to The Woodman for lunch which was lovely. The house has loads of space and a huge outdoor area with amazing views. We were lucky and got some sun on Easter Sunday. Also has a fire pit in the garden for when it cools down which we used. The kitchen is very well equipped and the oven is fab for making a dinner for a big family. Would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay.

we were two couples and appreciated the comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and great shower. Everything was as described and the location was fabulous with just a short walk up the hill to great pubs and the beautiful Bronte Parsonage and the lovely Central Park. Hebden Bridge and Skipton were within easy reach. The house was good value for money and we had a great stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our Labrador, it is very dog friendly and we felt at home straight away. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we had everything we needed in the lodge. We would definitely book again.

We had a very lovely stay in this very lovely caravan. It was immaculately clean, lots of cooking things provided. Cleaning things like sprays and bin bags were provided too which was a lovely touch. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan, we had a beautiful weekend.

Had a great few days over the Easter weekend. The caravan is easy to find, well equipped and spotless. Donna provided clear instructions on how to check in etc and left a little welcome gift which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay on a beautiful site. Plenty to do in the surrounding area - can highly recommend a walk at Gisburn Forest.

What a fantastic find! So glad we found Rafal's caravan for a last minute trip away. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you may need. The bedding and towels smelt lovely and fresh. Really nice, hot, shower. The site itself is beautiful too with a lovely pub, swimming pool, and a couple of good kids parks. It's nice and quiet and very close by to lots of lovely walks and country pubs. We can't wait to come back! The only thing we felt the caravan itself would have really benefitted from is table and chairs outside to eat outside. :) Also top tip, the receptionist said you can ring the week before to book a pool slot. We went in the day we arrived to book and got the last slot of the weekend. Thank you Rafal!

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this incredible caravan! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The caravan was not only beautifully maintained but also surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities we could possibly need — including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor seating area. What made the stay truly special was the peaceful location — surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views and a sense of total tranquility. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee with birdsong in the background or watching the stars by the fire pit at night, every moment felt magical. The hosts were outstanding — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about our comfort. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a family adventure, or a solo retreat, I highly recommend this caravan stay. It was the perfect blend of comfort.

Lovely stay, cottage is hard to find at first as the address listed doesn’t take you directly to it. There is no parking for the property however parking is available on the road adjacent or in the village which is just a 2 minute walk. Some gifts were left which were a lovely touch and the beds were very comfy. The cottage felt very homely and was full of all the basics you need for cooking and cleaning etc. Overall very nice stay compared to some of my previous trips and I have recommended the cottage to family and friends.

Damian was a great host, I really appreciated his phone call before we arrived. The caravan was spotless, we felt very comfortable and slept well. Such a peaceful and beautiful area, and this was a fantastic base for us for our walks. We just wish we had more time for a longer stay!

I booked this accommodation for a newlywed couple, and they absolutely loved it! From the start, Louise was an incredible host—her communication was excellent throughout the whole process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxed vibe that's just perfect for a city break. Would 100% recommend staying here. A great space to stay for a couple of nights near family. Beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet, useful to have a shop so close and good fish and chips down the road. Loads of lovely places to explore nearby. Great size garden too

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. The view from the living room is beautiful. There is so much to go in the region.

Tucked away, in a quiet corner of Haworth, five minutes walk from the bottom end of the main street, the cottage, was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With plenty to do in the area, the cottage is within ten minutes walk of Haworth's pubs and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from the Bronte Parsonage Museum, at the top of the hill. We parked up, right outside the cottage, when we arrived, and walked everywhere over our weekend's stay.
