Sweet, homey cottage, well stocked and comfortable. Walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants. Great place to recharge. Darleen is a welcoming, thoughtful host.

The house is spacious, very clean, quiet and well stocked. Tina was fast to respond.

The house was very clean and noticeably well maintained. It was refreshing, comfortable and peaceful. Nathan was great at responding with any questions. We loved our stay and had everything we needed; cooked multi meals and felt right at 'home' after travel and long days. We will definitely stay again!

This place has so much charm. I loved all of the thoughtful retro decor, the vast board game selection/Atari and my favorite- record player! Appreciated the eclectic dish ware and that the shower was stocked with shampoo/conditioner/soap. Also, that there were plenty of extra blankets, couch/bed were comfy. If I’m ever passing through this area, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice home, lots of rooms, more than we needed for 2 people, liked the king size bed and it was comfortable. Needed a short notice place to stay and they accommodated that need.

Our new favorite home to stay at in Hays! Tyka is super friendly and flexible with prompt communication! Home was SO cozy and had every single item you could ever need available. Ample room for our family to hang out in and the back yard is a HUGE bonus! Comfortable beds and having the master with attached bathroom was a plus for us. There is a fan in the bedroom (must have) TV’s in every room and plenty of towels available. Her home is decorated perfectly to make it so comfortable and the kitchen is amazing and perfectly stocked!

the tent was very good and clean had a propane heater that was full and ready kept the tent warm all night very worth it to stay here

The historic charm of the house was so wonderful! A true hidden gem in small town Leibenthal. The updates and small addition to the house was well done without taking away from the original design of the limestone house. Communication was seamless and it was easy to find. Although we only stayed 1 night the amenities were spot on to accommodate an extended stay. Since we have family near by we all agreed that we plan to book this lovely house in the future. Close to Hays...in a quiet small town. We appreciate this pet friendly beautiful home originally built in the 1800s. Don't hesitate to book this for your next stay!

A lovely space to stay and close to many things to do! We enjoyed staying in the loft and recommend it to anyone who is passing through or visiting family in the area!

I used to own a 5 star cleaning business (we cared for many rentals pre covid) and I gotta say, this was the CLEANEST Airbnb I’ve stayed/seen. I’ve done so many cleaning inspections my eye can’t help but notice things. So, then I started looking. I’m sorry, it happens: I found ONE tiny piece from the duster, used to dust, stuck to a piece of wood. Whispering Woods was immaculate. Shining. I’m just, still impressed. The homemade cinnamon rolls were delicious and the best surprise (I’m sorry!) It was so peaceful too. My family and I highly recommend. 👌🏻 Loved.

Good place, lots of space. Basic cookware so missing a few things if you plan on extensive cooking. Worked good for what we were doing and would book again
