Havelland : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

La estancia en la casa de Oliver fue fantástica. Habitaciones amplias, cocina completa junto con 3 baños y medio, hacen que sea un espacio ideal para grupos de amig@s o familia. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos en casa. Ademas está ubicada en una zona tranquila, con restaurantes y supermercado, desde la que se puede caminar al centro atravesando un hermoso parque (40min) o bien coger el transporte público a 100mts del portal. Oliver fue un estupendo anfitrión. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Die Unterkunft von Matthias ist klasse - viel Platz, sehr sauber, viel Ausstattung z.B. in der Küche, WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke (Rewe, Edeka & Penny) und sehr einfache Kommunikation. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt (allerdings weiß man das vorher, wenn man sich die Karte ansieht) ist, dass die Unterkunft ziemlich weit (ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß) von der Innenstadt / dem Hafenbereich entfernt ist, Busse gibt es nur sehr unregelmäßig. Dafür ist das Wasser trotzdem schnell zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten) und dort ist auch ein Schwimmbad. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen.

Schon zum zweiten Mal hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht und es war wieder alles wunderbar! Die Lage zur S-Bahn mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen ist und die ruhige Umgebung sind top. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

Świetny apartament, piękne mieszkanie, super wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel. Nieskazitelnie czysto. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z Gospodarzem, czytelne wskazówki, check-in o dowolnej godzinie. Gorąco polecam.

Everything was ok.

We rented Gunnar's place to spend a weekend in nature. Gunnar's home is very cozy and private and the closes path through the forest is just 5 minutes away. The decoration and the furnishing is quite lovely. I can only recommend :)

Wir waren auf Anhieb begeistert! Das Haus war sehr sauber und total süß hergerichtet! Die große Grünfläche, war für unsere Kinder optimal und auch die Hühner waren ein Highlight für die zwei. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im schönen Kukuk! Das Haus war super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders toll war der schöne Garten und die umgebende Natur – perfekt für lange Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren oder einfach zum Abschalten. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg ist man direkt am See. Der Kontakt mit Karina, Andreas und der ganzen Familie war hervorragend: immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Alles war exakt wie beschrieben. Eine tolle Wohnung für 1 Person oder ein Paar. Leicht reinzukommen, ruhig, schöne Einrichtung, tolles, bequemes Bett mit Lattenrost, bequeme Sitzecke, Tisch und 2 Stühle, die bequem genug sind , um am Tisch auch zu arbeiten, schönes Bad, viel Platz für Kleidung. 1. Stock HH Für alle, die die Beschreibung nicht genau lesen (und es ist klar ausgeschrieben): Das Bad ist ein Kubus im Raum, der nach offen ist und keine abschließbare Türe hat (dafür einen Paravent). Dies ist eher etwas für Singles oder Couples, die sich daran nicht stören. Aber alles sehr hochwertig. In der Küche gibt eine Filter Kaffee Maschine, Mikrowelle, Waschbecken, Kühlschrank. Kein Herd oder Ofen. Lage ist top in Schöneberg, 5 Minuten zum Nolli War absolut happy

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

Absolutely gorgeous area, and even more handsome host :D The apartment was cozy and had all necessary utilities. A short 5 minute walk to 3 different stations, 2 shopping areas, 1 lovely scenic walking route.

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Super sfeervol appartement in een fantastische wijk. Ondanks dat het een hele bruisende wijk is, met vele cafés en restaurants om de hoek, is het in het appartement heel rustig. Perfect.

Great location and had everything I needed. Right next to public transport, only 10 mins from the centre. A grocery store and food places within walking distance, Ivos very kindly offered me a late checkout as my flight was leaving later in the evening.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für meinen Geschäftsurlaub in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen, wunderschön eingerichtet, ein sehr gemütliches Bett und war blitzsauber. Angenehm warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Kommunikation von Berlina war proaktiv und herzlich. Alles rund um den Aufenthalt, Check-in & -out war sehr gut organisiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

Das waren wunderschöne Tage in Schwerin in der schönen Wohnung von Lisa. Sie ist eine äußerst nette und immer hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die gute Tips gibt. Ihr Garten ist wirklich ein Traum und die Wohnung mit dem (sehr kleinen) Balkon mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Ostorfer See. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch das Bett etwas knarzte. Der Duschvorhang ist ein kleines Manko, da entweder in der Wanne am Körper klebt, oder man lässt ihn weg mit der Gefahr, das Bad etwas zu benetzen. Alles in allem eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Wohnung und Gastgeberin.

Ich habe hauptsächlich Verwandte besucht und und ein par Ausflüge gemacht.eine schöne gegend.ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Aurelias place was wonderful, it was massive well equipped and to top it all off lovely Neroli the cat such a brilliant bonus she was a joy. Aurelia was generous with times letting us stay the whole day at the end. She was brilliant at communication. We could have not asked for more, the balcony was fabulous to sit at and watch the world go by. It is a foodie heaven, really great area for supermarkets, brilliant restaurants and cafes. It was a quick and easy walk to train station. If we were to return to Berlin, I would stay here. Highly recommend. It exceeded our expectations. Hannah

Beautiful, spacious apartment - a 4th floor walkup. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Large living room. A great space for a longer stay for 2 people.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement. Le beau quartier et le calme bien appréciable après les journées à déambuler dans la ville. Amélie s'est montrée très réceptive. Appartement très propre. Le canapé qui peut faire office de lit est confortable.

Wir waren mit 7 Gästen über Ostern in der Wohnung, was eher ein Haus ist zu Gast. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und kommunikativ im Vorfeld und im persönlichen Kontakt. Das Haus ist einfach schön und vermittelt sofort ein Wohlfühlgefühl. Sehr, sehr schöner Stil, modern und und großzügig auf der einen, rustikal mit Backsteinen innen auf der anderen Seite. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen den Realitäten vor Ort. Alles ist blitzsauber. Wirklich besonders sind 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten. Das entspannt die Gesamtsituation erheblich. Bemerkenswert: direkt im Umfeld sind drei Storchennester gut zu beobachten - herrlich. Die direkte Umgebung ist eher sehr ruhig. Man muss es mögen. Gefühlt hinter der Haustür beginnt das Biosphärenreservat. Wie gemacht für Nanonaturerlebnisse. Alles in allem eine Reise wert, meine Empfehlung gibt es zu 100%. Kurzer Tipp: Cafe am Märchensee, entspannt in einer Tagestour erreichbar. Nette Bedienung, umfangreiche Eiskarte.

From the moment we arrived, Katharina made us feel truly at home. She is not only a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly organized, offering clear instructions and good recommendations. The thoughtful touches, like chocolates, snacks, and refreshing drinks waiting for us in the fridge,made all the difference. Even more special was her personal welcome. We were 4 people staying for two nights, and the flat was absolutely perfect for us: cozy, bright, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the living room had just the right space for us to relax together. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Without a doubt, I ll be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin. GRACIAS ✨
