It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

This spacious flat is directly on St Leonards seafront, close to the new pier, Warrior Square, Hastings, the Hastings Contemporary gallery etc, many restaurants, the beach, and all sorts of other activities.
