This house was a great place to spend our girls weekend. Walking distance to everything. The house was sparkling clean and stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this house whether you’re coming with family or friends. It’s such a beautiful community. Book your stay NOW!

We had a great stay here! The house was beautiful, so clean, and we felt right at home. We visited during the off season, so the community was very empty during the week. We still had a great time, it was very peaceful. The Meeting House was great for coffee and food! Highly recommend stopping in the downtown Eufala area for groceries before arriving since Carlton Landing is a bit far out from most outside stores/restaurants. The host was so easy to communicate with. We were able to rent a high chair and travel crib so we didn’t have to lug those around.

My family had a great stay at St. Charles Place! This was our second visit to Carlton Landing. We liked trying a different home as they are all so unique. The home matches the description perfectly. We had 4 adults and 3 young teenagers. There was plenty of sleep space. The main living area was tight, but it’s what made it quaint and charming. The outdoor patio gave extra hang out space. We found ourselves there most of the time. This is a great location right next to all the main areas. Walkable with out the golf cart, though golf carts is what makes this community fun. Josh and Kristin were very response to messages and gracious hosts when things didn’t go exactly as planned (at no fault of their own!) would 10/10 recommend.

The O'Quinn was an excellent spot to hold a small deer camp. The Three Rivers WMA was just a couple minutes from the home. We saw deer sign everywhere. The kids with us enjoyed the hot tub and the space was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and the amenities were just as described. Our group hopes to return in the future. The spot was the best value and location we found by far.

Beautiful, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The hostess is very sweet and accommodating. The cabin was roomy, very clean, and well stocked.

The house was decorated so beautifully and whimsical! Great view of the lake and felt extremely homey. Wonderful place!

Hosts were excellent and accommodating to early and late checkins/checkouts. Loved the front porch couch/swing and peaceful surroundings.

Cozy, quaint, and comfortable. A relaxing last-minute getaway for two out in the country. Tracie was patient with us and very responsive when we had a couple questions regarding our stay. (Sidenote: The Cuisinart air fryer was an unexpected bonus when we arrived too late the first night to cook out; it worked out perfectly!) Window A/C units were nice and cold for a hot, muggy weekend. Our Lab enjoyed playing on the property. Short drive to the state park where we went hiking. Seems Tracie thought of everything - we arrived to bottles of water, candy, DVDs and games, extra bedding, and a guest book so we could read about the previous folks' stay and leave our own comments.

This is the second time I have stayed at Janet’s house and it did not disappoint. Janet was fantastic with communications, even sending me a message when I left an item behind and offered to mail it back to me. Great host and house, will look here again for future travel!

We stayed here for about a month and load every bit of it. It’s a great location and a cool spot next to the lake highly recommend families and those who want to enjoy the lake to stay here.

Tony's place was awesome! He always reminded to us! The house had a cosmetic things that could use a touch up but was very comfortable and it was a enjoyable time! Thank you Tony!

Papa’s Place is such a cute and comfortable house, with all the amenities you could need for your stay. Love the small back patio and nice backyard grill and firepit area for outdoor relaxing; the interior was incredibly clean, and has plenty of space for relaxing during a rainy evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This has got to be me of the most beautiful lake resorts I’ve ever been to. The cabin is nice- accurately described and adequately stocked, comfortable beds, excellent private porch, private trails to a lake as still and wild as can be, hosts friendly vibe is very contagious and other guests were super cool also. The resort’s origin story adds to its charm- suffice it to say these guys tee it up for you as if sharing the best part of themselves. It’s literally made of love! Long live the wilderness resort! I’ll definitely come back- already been telling friends.

Beautiful little cottage at Carlton Landing! Very much enjoyed our stay, and LakeStay Vacation Rentals was great! Charming and peaceful community and everything was within walking distance. Will definitely return!

Our second stay at Patricia’s cottage and we loved it! We stayed just over a week so we could fish and also take in Tulsa and OKC. We just find this cottage so charming, updated and homey. The back porch with the gas fire table was perfect for many nights and the lights strung around provided ambience. We really didn’t want to leave! It’s close to the lake and close to Eufaula where there are great places to eat. Kitchen is well stocked and the fridge is large enough to hold a week’s worth of food or more! We will be back next year 😊

Christie’s cottage was better than the pictures!! A beautiful and cozy home. My family just loved everything about it. It was the perfect spot to spend spring break at. The price for what you get it, is a total steal!!! We hope to come back next spring! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. My kids loved the bunk beds and tv with a dvd player and the deck to enjoy hot coco and smores on. We highly recommend Christie’s cottage to other families!

This is THE perfect spot to relax. The porch and back seating is perfect. I rained almost the entire we were there and we still really enjoyed it the spot. Will probably even go again.
