Wonderful!!! We have such a relaxing weekend at Peter’s place. From the moment waking in we felt relaxed and at home. Peter had jazz music playing and the fireplace ready to go for us. There was plenty of wood available and Peter even provided fire starters for us to use. Peter’s place was spotless, the bath towels were soft and smelled so good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept so well. We loved the attention to all of the decor. We appreciated the plentiful seating in the living room. The couches were so comfortable and made relaxing so easy to do in front on the fire. The attention to detail and little touches that went into making this place amazing were appreciated. There were plenty of games, books, comfy blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, baking sheets, cups, plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. We especially loved the views from all the windows. We can’t wait to return for another visit.

I loved staying here! Private location, safe neighborhood, cute apartment over the (large) garage. Very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Lower ceiling over the bed/bath area, but in the main living/dining/kitchen area - which was quite large, very clean, and comfortable - the ceilings were over 9'. Would definitely stay again & recommend!

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. This place was perfect for me and my two littles. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and check in was incredibly flexible. My only complaint is that I wish I found this place earlier in the ski season. 10 out of 10 hands down.

The unit was very cozy and clean. The pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were a bit smaller than we expected, but overall it was a nice visit for a weekend away, close to Bryce Resort.

My family had the best time. We spent Easter weekend, took a day trip to hike at Shenandoah (and visit the Luray caverns). The trail heads we went to were between 1 and 1.5 hours away. We also hiked Big Schloss in George Washington state park (about 20 min to the trail head). The location was peaceful and private. Everything met or exceeded expectations. We had a great time as a family playing pool and games and enjoying the view. We had everything we needed to make meals, and restaurants and grocery stores are about 10 min away. The hosts were great with communication and gave us recommendations when we asked. We would definitely return.

Overall very clean and well-maintained house with plenty of space. Host was also very thorough with instructions making check-in and check-out very smooth.

We had a great stay at Mary’s place over the weekend! We explored the Luray caverns & Shenandoah National Park, both of which were an about an hour or so from the house. Would absolutely recommend the space for a group of friends looking for a nature getaway!

Very nice place! Perfect for our group of 7 adults for our trip to explore Shenandoah National Park. Very clean and spacious, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking!

Although we didn't get to spend a lot of time there, it was nice to have a beautiful space to get a few hours of sleep. Check in was easy and home looked just like pictures.

Alan was a very gracious host. The house was so charming with a beautiful view. Very reasonable. Would definitely book again with Alan.

by far one of the best Bnbs I have ever stayed at. It was so peaceful and loved that there is a farm across the street, the chickens, horses, sheep and ducks made our stay even better! After a long day of hiking, using the hot tub was exactly what we needed to relax. we can't say enough great things about this incredible bnb. Thank you Eugene!

Just a quick overnight stay so we didn’t get to do much. The place was clean and the beds were comfy.

We had a great stay! Peter was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. From the extra linens, the disposable silverware and cutlery, pens and notebooks, multiple surge protectors, playing cards, and a drying rack - they thought of everything we could possibly need. Right in Basye - our kids enjoyed the $5 per person per day for the nearby activity center pool. We enjoyed the putt putt at Smiley’s, a great meal at The Burn Barrel, the riverside playground, several hikes and runs around the lake. Our favorite local sites were the Shenandoah Cavern and Woodstock Tower. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had such a lovely stay at this cute mountainside condo! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Doug’s recommendations for local food spots and hiking trails were so helpful!

Wonderful weekend getaway for our family! Jennifer was very responsive and the staff and facilities on site were excellent!
