This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with our teenage boys. On the edge of Pine Lake State Park, we enjoyed beautiful lake views, could get on the hiking trail from the back yard, and had easy access to fishing. The house was spotless and lovely, and most importantly, comfortable and relaxed. We followed our day of outdoor activities with a movie night in the projector room on a huge sofa that could fit the whole family. The hosts added many little details that made us feel welcome and right at home.

This place was perfect for our weekend in Steamboat Rock for a wedding. We traveled with our 1yo and they had a high chair, which was helpful. The beds were comfy and on the firmer side which we like. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely great host, very responsive and friendly. Wanted to add a few guest and was very understanding and it was within the amount he has it listed for. All around great stay will be looking forward to a continued stay when we are in town for work.

absolutely amazing i got a last minute call for work and they had it ready for me when I showed up on short notice I'd come back here a million times over although my last day I was running super late and forgot a couple things (sorry) hands down ine of the best stays ive had

Highly recommend staying here! The home is absolutely gorgeous & very comfortable. The porch outside is the perfect place to relax & enjoy company! If the weather is bad, the giant windows still offer a wonderful view outside. The host, Larry, is very friendly & easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at any of his rentals. This is my 2nd time at the Swinging Bridge Cottage & I already can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Tammy’s place! The location was great, nice and quiet. There is a swing in the backyard that brought joy to everyone! Wonderful gem in Iowa Falls.
