The rocky creek behind the huge yard is great for wading. In winter a woodstove keeps you cozy while you look through oversize picture windows at the snow. In summer you'll spend evenings on a large deck with grill and dining area, and gather around the Solo Stove fire pit before you fall asleep to the sound of the stream.

Beautifully furnished & charming with plenty of outdoor space to play around, have a fire, grill- and beautiful barn. A small stream runs on the edge of the property, perfect to sit beside, and a guest cottage with extra sleeping space (queen, trundle and aerobeds/ bathroom). It's full of unique, hand-crafted and antique furnishing and decor, (fun-fact, former residence of Freakonomics author Stephen Dubner). You'll have free range of the whole place! Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Its located on 5 peaceful and private acres. Ollies House is a great choice for those looking to be active or enjoy a staycation. Located in the heart of the Catskills the house is minutes from Belleayre and 35 mins to Hunter. Situated between Margaretville and Phoenicia with tons of things to do in the area.

Modern Catskills Tiny House Near Hiking Trails

A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 200 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets .

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .
