Absolutely wonderful experience at this stay! We felt right at home from the start, and the place was so perfect for us! Our host was proactive and asked if we needed anything and was so wonderful! We highly recommend this place and hope to be able to stay here again someday!

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Great apartment, great host and great area. What else do you want? Easy to access and in the middle of the Nimman neighborhood with lots of things to do. At the same time, the apartment is located slightly out of the main street so it is calm and peaceful, specially at night. If you choose to stay in Nimman, you know about the airplanes, so do not complain.

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

Wonderful stay, coolest neighbourhood with great restaurants but also the artistic tiny village nearby! Very modern, neat, and clean! Great experience, would recommend!

We had a great stay at this place, it was close to the mall and had a really nice surrounding area. Everything was super clean (the toilet smelled a bit sometimes) and we felt very safe and cozy here. Communication was also great! Would definitely come again!

房子在清迈来说算是高端的，位置在最繁华街道之一的宁曼路旁边的一条巷子里，方便且安静，房东蛮热情的，挺好的入住体验。

Jedyod was by far one my favorite Airbnb stays and my group is fairly picky. The place was so aesthetically pleasing. Like IG picture perfect. The location was great. Lots of small shops to get anything you’d need from. Close to the mall. Like a 3 minute scooter ride. Linens were clean and white. Bath rooms were also clean. Loved it. Will be back absolutely. 🔥🔥🔥

We had a fantastic stay in this villa! We are a family of 4 adults. The rooms were beautiful and the outside area was amazing. There are lots of little restaurants/cafes nearby and you can easily order food on Grab. The only slight downside for us was that it is not very close to the centre so we had to get taxis everywhere. But honestly it didn’t take away from the amazing experience we had! Every taxi came within 5 minutes - just make sure to download Grab (taxi app, like Uber). The housekeeper was great and we didn’t really see her until we checked out which was perfect for us. You can have your room cleaned if you’d like to. Overall we had a great stay here and would highly recommend!

抵達當天，由於早於入住時間，房東讓我提早入住了，地點無可挑剔，附近有非常多當地美食小店且令人流連忘返。地點也很方便，前往尼曼區非常方便；但也因為位於交通繁忙的馬路邊，晚上會聽到吵雜的聲音，如果晚上容易失眠的人，可能需要斟酌這點！

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Comfortable apartment as described in quiet area. Very peaceful in the evenings. There were a couple of issues. However, the host was very quick to respond to get them resolved. Communication was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay! The location of the property is absolutely perfect, everything you need is nearby: restaurants, shops, cafés, and attractions are all within walking distance. Ideal for anyone who enjoys exploring the city on foot. The home looks exactly like the photos stylish, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The host is incredibly attentive and welcoming. She responded quickly to messages, shared great tips about the area, and even offered us a later check-out time without us having to ask, such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended!!

This is one of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. The apartment is beautiful. The building is impeccably kept. I used the gym and the pool daily. The location was perfect for me because I always stay outside of the madness but a short motorbike ride to get into it if I want to. Tip: be sure to put The Unique Condo Koomeuang as the address if you are in an Uber or taxi because my drivers were very perplexed without it.

한달살기를 할꺼라..고민되는 부분이 많았어요..일단 아이들과 함께라 치안과보안이 중요했는데..엘리베이터키도 따로 있고 콘도라 대부분 장기로 살고 계시는분들이 많아서 조용하고 좋았어요..건물이나 가구는 좀 세월에 흔적이 있지만..튼튼하게 지어져서 아이들이 맘껏놀아도 되고,층간소음없었어요..아무래도 동남아라 과일두고 나갔다왔더니.. 개미가 ㅠㅠ 이슈가 있었지만 빠르게 처리해주셨고 저희도 조심하니 그다음부터는 괜찮았어요.. 세탁기랑 건조기가 있어서 좋았고..조리도구가 잘되어있어서 한번씩 아이들 식사도 집에서 차려줄수있었어요~ 샤워후 배수가 살짝 아쉬운거 빼곤 좋았구~ 일주일에 한번씩 청소와 시트교체가 있어서..굿! 아!!물도 청소때 마다 가져다 주셔서 잘이용했어요. 치앙마이 도착후 픽업서비스도 좋았습니다.. 한달동안 잘이용했어요~

住宿非常棒！地點超方便，附近就有咖啡廳、按摩店，走路可以到清邁大學和夜市，也能步行到寧曼路和 MAYA 購物中心。樓下就有超商，旁邊還有一間超好吃的麵攤，生活機能很讚👌 社區環境安靜，鄰居不吵，住起來很舒服。唯一小缺點是晚上會聽到飛機聲，大約到凌晨12點左右，但班次不多。建議如果是很早睡或淺眠的人可以稍微考慮一下～ 整體來說，非常推薦！不論是地點、價格還是住宿品質都很滿意 👍

I have fantastic memories during the stay here. Definitely will recommend my friends to choose here where is very convenient for shopping in Maya Plaza and go any sightseeing. Tom’s response is very efficient with great hospitality.

This is by far the best condo I have ever stayed at in Thailand! Super clean, super spacious, incredible amenities, super friendly security guards, and excellent hosts. We stayed in the room one floor above a year and a half ago and when planning our Chiang Mai trip this year we purposely chose the dates that this room was available, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Hemos estado de maravilla en este alojamiento, Lek cuida cada detalle para que todo se haga más agradable. Nada más entrar al apartamento olía a limpio, todo estaba muy limpio, tienes un gran bote tanto de gel como de champú y debajo del fregadero de la cocina, tienes productos de limpieza y para rellenar tanto el gel como el champú. Tiene mosquitera por lo que no hemos tenido ni 1 mosquito en la casa. En la planta G tienes para lavar tu ropa y muy cerca hay un supermercado mini BigC. Esta muy bien ubicado. Por decir algo “malo” es que el aire acondicionado está enfrente de la cama y para mi no es algo positivo ya que me levantaba con dolor de garganta a pesar de ponerlo a una temperatura no muy fría.
