Our stay at the lakefront home was wonderful! The home is beautiful and we loved all of the decor. The kitchen was well stocked, which we really appreciated. Being on the lake was fun, the view was great and we even caught some fish off the dock!

Excellent quite Lakeview home in beautiful Bean Station near Gilmore dock. House sits up high so the views are great fire pit carport table and ring game were all great.

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

Easily one of our favorite Airbnb we have been at! It was quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

My family and I loved our stay at Spring Creek Place! It is so beautiful and peaceful. My grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond. The BEST thing about our stay was my grandchildren got to bottle feed a calf! Erin was so nice and friendly. This was our second stay at this cabin and it won't be our last. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We as a family highly recommend a stay at Spring Creek Place!

Stayed as a family four, two year old and five year old, and found the house to be the perfect size for our family. All listed amenities were available and since we booked the property was updated to now include a beautiful new deck in the back of the house with a grill and traeger smoker. Both kids greatly enjoyed the playset and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind with the kids running around. Would recommend staying here and Michael is a great host who is responsive to messages and provides clear check in/check out instructions.

Maraya was very responsive and considerate. The first evening we were there I received a message from her that she had dropped off an extra blanket and left it on the porch. She also asked if we needed any cream and sugar because she forgot to check if there was any Her home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We accidentally left a few things in the fridge that we intended to take with us to our seat weaving class We felt bad because we didn’t mean to leave that to her to have to clean out. She was very kind with her reply when I messaged her about it. I would highly recommend her home if you find yourself in need of a place to stay if you are in the area.

We loved staying at Brian and Cyndee’s place. They have a beautiful and spacious place that was very peaceful. We will definitely return in the future as we visit family in the area.

Micah is a delightful hostess and her property was beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable!!! We would be thrilled to stay there again!!! It was a lovely, soft place to land after two weeks of intense travel and relocating!!! Thanks again!!!

We loved staying in the Tree Street neighborhood at Roy's place. The apartment is on the 3rd floor above two tenants. It's beautifully decorated and the bed is super cozy. Parking was right out front and we were within walking distance of some restaurants. Roy has the kitchen stocked with basics for making coffee or a quick meal. It was really nice that there was a separate little dining area. Being that this is multi-family house, noise travels easily from our unit down and their units up. The neighbors weren't loud at all but I worried that my voice would carry into their apartments. The only other thing to be mindful of is the shower. This is a historic house and the upstairs shower has antiquated plumbing that could use an upgrade. We were just fine showering, but I could see how this might not be ideal for some folks, especially if you're taller than 5"8 or keen on good water pressure!! Not a dealbreaker for us and we had a great stay!

Listing was as described. Enjoyed that it was peaceful and tucked away, but close to everything!

Kenneth and Runae's attention to detail is second to none. The space was perfect for our needs! Beautiful space and peaceful surroundings. Friendly attentive hosts! My daughter wanted to move in :) Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The space is very cosy and in a convenient and safe neighborhood. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. No complaints!

Very quick stay but wish I could’ve stayed

we enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven immensely. It was in the perfect spot for a relaxing stay for us and our fur baby, with a short sprint to Bristol Motor Speedway for the races. Hope to come back soon!

I loved everything about my stay here! It was super private and not too far from restaurants/attractions. Andrea and Aaron were fabulous hosts and I would definitely rebook with them again!

This was the perfect place to stay on my trip to meet up with my sister. She was camping nearby and I got this cabin. The day before I was asked if I wanted a pack n play because I was bringing my baby and of course I said yes because it would be one less thing to pack. We had a long travel day and when we checked in I saw they set up the pack n play and put sheets on it for me! It was such a nice gesture and I felt it was so sweet. They also put out snacks for us and le croix in the fridge for me - it was like they knew us! The location was beautiful. From the porch we could hear the river, birds chirping, and the occasional train passing. We took their recommendation to go to natural tunnel park which was so fun and the kids loved it! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys!

I loved this little cabin, and Linda was the sweetest host. I was in an accident a week prior and dealing with rental car issues and she offered to let me reschedule (I didn't have to). The cabin is in a beautiful spot and very cozy. Being able to bring my dogs made life a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate Linda's hospitality and kindness after checkout.

My family and I had a wonderful stay 🤗 The cabin is beautiful and cozy and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony enjoying the view, walking our dogs around the area and in the living room watching movies 🎥 Only complaint is that when we arrived after driving 15hrs to get there, the cabin was unfortunately dirty. Very dusty, dirty bathrooms, bedsheets were stained and did not look or smell washed at all, trash and clothes left over from previous guests were littered on closet floors. It looked like the cleaning crew was not in the mood to do their jobs 😅 We arrived around 6pm, very tired from our trip and had to put all our bed sheets to wash and clean all the mess left behind :( Our host was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee. (Also the WiFi was VERY slow) But we did not let any of that ruin our trip so overall we had a great time! 🌟

My husband, 2 dogs and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere to relax for a weekend and this place was it. Beautiful landscaping and general setting nestled deep in a holler. It was so peaceful and full of wildlife. They truly have a little slice of heaven.
