Loved staying at Dustin's place. Easy going check in was a plus. The house was great, clean, easy to navigate. super hot water and great water pressure is always appreciated! The beach was so close, the arcade was walkable and or a quick bike ride. Having beach chairs available that I didn't have to pack up was a great add as well. We will definitely be back!-

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

A family vacation that I will always cherish. I've stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this one was stocked the best of all I've been to with the easiest checkout process I've ever experienced as well. I agree with all other 5 star reviews but would like to add that my kids 9, 7, and 5 especially loved climbing the huge rocks surrounding the harbor. Thank you for hosting us!

Weekend Getaway - We had a wonderful fall weekend at the house. Great location, great hosts and beautiful accommodations. House was clean and modern.

Location, location, location. A two minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center of town. The house is a lovely blend of historic York and modern conveniences. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contains all that you need if you like to cook, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water.

Stacey's place was just as described and very close to the beach. We also spent time in both Saco and Biddeford. It was a great visit!

This place is exactly as beautiful in real life as the pics indicate. Stunning views, gorgeous space. So glad we picked this over any of the local hotels we had been looking at!

We had a great time visiting. While it rained a lot this week downtown Boston and the airport were super close. Was able to grab a quick breakfast at ‘Jack’s Cafe’. Great place as a hub for 5 people visiting the area!

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

Bien équipé avec des instruments de cuisine en très bon état ( rare).Mais n’oubliez pas votre literie et votre nappe. À 7-10 minutes des plages en vélo par Bourne Ave . (Parking de plage$6/h $35 US sinon 😟). Nous avons passé une très belle semaine!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful with a great ocean view and accessibility to the beach. The house was great, plenty of space and clean and well taken care of. Rachel was wonderful, very communicative and friendly, and her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing stay!

Such a beautiful place to stay! It is a very cozy cottage right on the water. My family and I enjoyed the house and the views. It is much homier than most Airbnbs and Nicole has been a great host! Would highly recommend!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

Jake’s place was absolutely perfect, it was so spacious for our big group of 10, adults and teenagers and preteens. The sunsets from Jake’s deck were absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises at the beach were absolutely gorgeous. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops and beach. We already can’t wait to come back next summer, we hope Jake will have us. Our friends can’t wait to book with him as well. Thank you so much Jake for allowing my family to make memories to last a lifetime.

Had a wonderful time in the house…..just not enough time. We just went (April) so weather wasn’t great but didn’t mind as we went with 3 other couples and had fun playing games and cooking together. Plenty of room for all of us, one couple had their bathroom across the hall while the other 3 couples had an en-suite bath. Perfectly fine for us but just mentioning as that could be an issue for some. Would love to spend a week at the house in the summer, right on the beach.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for the Maine Marathon! Loved being able to look out at the water.

Our stay here was fantastic! The place was impeccably clean . The location couldn't be better-just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Walmart for groceries or essentials. The kitchen was a standout! It had everything we needed to whip up meals. Ideal for families or groups wanting a mix of relaxation and convenience.
