We had a wonderful stay for the Easter bank holiday. Being within walking distance for the beach to walk the dog and swim was lovely. The grounds and walled garden are also great. We felt welcomed.

The place was light and airy and couldn’t possibly be closer to the beach without getting our feet wet! Many thanks for a relaxing Easter stay.

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

Alan and Tina’s cabin is such the perfect little piece of peace - this studio is exactly the place my mom and I needed when craving a respite once the day had worn us down. The cabin was so welcoming and cozy, and the pillows were so comfortable you could honestly just sleep and sleep more. It was perfectly equipped with everything you may think you need, and then some - in all things you could see the small extra touches that just showed exceptional care for the wellbeing of their guests. The most memorable however, will be that short time we got to experience Alan and Tina’s hospitality. It’s such a privilege to be on the receiving end when someone opens their home to strangers -and though we didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Tina, you still see how second nature it is to them both to make us feel at home, (with the added bonus of greetings from their beautiful dog Brodie 🥹). We hope to return very soon and wish them joy in all guest encounters yet to come. - Sandy and Krisztin

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

AMAZING!! Had a fab weekend. Diz was a lovely host with great communication throughout, with added touches to make my partner’s birthday stay more special. Realised very quickly that we should have booked a few more days at this beautiful lodge . . .so peaceful and private. We can’t wait to visit again x

We enjoyed being so close to the sea, with easy access to so many activities. We had a lovely walk to Priory Bay, trips to Bembridge (ate at the Beach Hut) as well as Ventnor Gardens and Osborne House. We wished we could have stayed longer than just a few days. Laura's place was cosy, quiet and comfortable. She communicated clearly and was on hand to help.

Had a fantastic 4 day stay. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful area with stunning scenery and great walks. Hosts were superb, proactive and very quick with return communication. Would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Just the sort of place we were looking for - we visit relations in the area regularly. Mudeford Quay is close and is a great place to catch evening sun and meal. The beach Hut is a bit further (walkable) in the other direction and has excellent breakfasts and you can sit at tables on the beach! Caravan: WiFi is great, good TV, well appointed kitchen - and comfortable bed. Bella our Lurcher certainly enjoyed the stay. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looks good.

A great stay! Solent breezes is a wonderful location, and Jane’s caravan was clean and beautiful, with a lovely outside space. Our stay was very peaceful and located in a quiet location. I would definitely stay again.

We have just returned from Carlys, beach gateaway caravan. It was amazing completely soptless, with everything you need and more. The board games were a nice surprise as we had forgotten ours. The place is just as described and lotsbof personal touches that makes the stay all the more enjoyable. The facilities at the park are great, from swimmig to soft play and the beach is a 10/15 walk from the caravan. Thanks for a fab stay Carly, we hope to be back soon.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

As soon as we walked into the lodge we felt at home. It was far better prepared than another lodge we have used on that site. (Not Mud Huts) We booked another stay for September when we arrived home.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nina’s house in Southbourne, and we can't recommend it enough! The house itself was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our large group. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities at the house, which added to our overall experience. Whether it was soaking in the hot tub or cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, everything was just right for our getaway. Nina, our host, was exceptional. She was responsive, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nina, for being such a wonderful host!

Great stay in a fantastic location. Really can’t get nearer to the beach! Well equipped and rooms all great.

This was our second time at the houseboat and we’re already looking forward to booking again. If you’re looking for relaxation and luxury on the water, this is the place for you. Cannot recommend this place enough!

A wonderful location full of Seaview glamour, comfortable, fully-equipped and with lots of things indoors and outdoors to entertain the children. We loved every aspect of our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you, James!

Had a wonderful few days at this super house overlooking the sea. Spotless, well equipped and a cosy home from home. An excellent layout with the sitting room on the top floor with a superb sea view. Perfect location for the beach and other attractions. Helen has been a very friendly and helpful host. We loved our stay and we will be back. Thank you so much Helen and your family too.

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.
