Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Comfortable & Convenient Hamilton CBD Home

The space is a renovated 1960's timber home. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is 80sqm in size (about 4 x Average hotel room size) with a full kitchen. There is room for hanging clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wall heater. We do our best to keep the property maintained but it is older. However, it is clean, comfortable and convenient to Hamilton CBD (about a 7minute walk), Lake, Hamilton Gardens and roads north and south to New Zealand's great attractions.

Peaceful & centrally located, The Loft is perfect for your next stay in Hamilton. Unwind with a fresh brew on the private deck overlooking the pool & garden, or take a short walk up to Tills Lookout for panoramic views, or a little further for stunning rural views including Mt Pirongia.
