Bright apartment located downstairs of our home. Peaceful waterfront in Fall River on the Shubie Canal. Lots of space in this private lot but yet 20minutes from the city. Enjoy the view, relax with a book or Dip in the pool if it's a hot day. Walk to local eatery for lunch or dinner. Personal favourite is Fourth Lock Skate park /Rec Center 2 min drive. Close to Sobeys & NSLC. 12 mins from the airport Covid Clean We have a friendly NS Duck toller Gracie who may greet you and say hello!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore.
