Great stay for a large group- nice and spacious! Was exactly as explained in the description, so we were prepared with water :) just like the photos too! Outdoor furniture was comfortable and great to hangout on all day!

This place is everything that it says it is and more! Anna, our host was quick to respond to anything we asked.we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. It was a girls weekend and everything we needed was right there. The hot tub was an added pleasure we all enjoyed! We can’t wait to go back.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the start, Elizabeth was an absolute delight to work with, graciously accommodating the flexibility we needed during the booking process. The space was exactly as shown in the photos—stunning, minimal and open, with incredible lake views from the living room, kitchen & main bedroom. Everything was so thoughtfully designed that it perfectly suited all our needs during our weekend stay. We lounged on the cozy couches, played games (so many available), enjoyed the fire pit, walked to the lake, and cooked to our heart's content - the kitchen island was ideal for it! One of the most touching aspects was reading through the thoughtful keepsake detailing the families involved in the property, from its inception to the renovation. It gave us a deep appreciation for all the love & care poured into making this home so special. Huge thanks to Elizabeth & everyone involved for sharing their home with the world. We'll definitely be returning!

The cottage was very well presented. Comfortable & cozy! Well laid out with plenty of room. 2nd living room is perfect for more space to sit with all guests. Hot tub is a bonus (especially during this chilly weather) It could use an overhead shelter for increment weather. We will be rebooking during nicer weather to utilize the beach.

Amanda was incredible! She ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and then some. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and attention to detail when she left a small Easter treat and sea glass “hunt” for her within the space. It’s clear she put an insane amount of love into the property which is felt as soon as you walked through the door. Our absolutely favourite spot was that sitting area in the front, the large windows perfectly framed the lake, making our time peaceful, relaxing and just wonderful. My daughter loved the short and easy walk down to the water (it became a daily activity of hers). The neighborhood was great, with so many friendly neighbours saying hi - made the experience so nice for our little family. Thanks again!

We visited this sandbay house at dunnville last week and it was truly amazing. The backyard view from the house was stunning something felt unique. The weather was not great during our visit a lot of waves in the lake but we managed to kayak on the last day of our trip and everyone enjoyed it. Table tennis in the ground floor was good enough to enjoy some time there. Host was responsive and updated us for easy checkin and checkout. Surroundings felt private and peaceful. Few things which we don’t like was from the lake, there were many dead fish near by which emitted rotten smell. It was walkable nearby but nothing much to explore except for the Golf club. The moment we got in, the USA phone roaming was enabled which we were not aware of and I’m worried if I will get roaming charges in my bill. Above all it would be a great place in the summer and the stunning views were great to watch all the day.

Very nice cottage that is a quick walk to the lake, definitely worth the trip!

We loved our stay at Ying’s place! We booked it to view the solar eclipse and it was perfect. Very lovely deck and view of Lake Erie. Ying was very communicative and flexible with our checkin and checkout times since it was the off season and I appreciated that.

Amazing place to spend a weekend. House was perfect. Yard and view were amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay included 2 couples going for a relaxing weekend with bon fires and boardgames. Place was super easy to find and host left it clean for us. The game table, flat top grill and fire pit were great! We had most meals at the outdoor picnic table and played some evening board games outside with a fire going. Wifi was great. Neighbours were barely there and/or super quiet. There were paddle boards and kids kayaks available but we didn’t use. We appreciated the kitchen was fully stocked with all plates/utensils/etc that we needed. There were a lot of spider nests around but that’s not the fault of the host, it’s just that time of year. This location would be great for a motorcycle trip next year since it has all the small appliances/kitchen utensils/bedding provided and location is super scenic!

The cottage was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The lake was beautiful and we spent hours floating around and swimming. The outdoor seating options were amazing for lounging and dining and just enjoying the lake view and the sunsets. Tabatha and Kris went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and their communication was seamless! They were responsive and the information they sent was helpful and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Tabatha and Kris for a lovely and relaxing break!!!

We had the BEST experience at Amy's place! Wow, stunning views, beautiful property and a host who was extremely helpful & communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to very soon.

Had a great time at Rebecca's! Her property was as described, and had everything we needed. There was 6 if us in total and it felt spacious. The Lakeview and surroundings were perfect and felt peaceful. Rebecca was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return sometime
