We had 13 people staying at the house and everyone had a comfortable sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a large crowd. There was plenty of parking. The big draw for the kids was the air hockey and pool table for the adults. Had it not been raining we would have taken advantage of the large deck with plenty of table space and seating. I would book again based on the positive feedback from everyone there.

We had a lovely time with our family! We were with 2 young children and my elderly father who cannot walk well (uses a walker). The house was perfectly designed to accommodate my father and had great living areas for us to spend time together. A very cozy, warm and welcoming home (with lots of amenities!). Yael is a very friendly, responsive host. We’d gladly come back for another winter or perhaps a summer stay! Thank you Yael!

It’s hard to express how beautiful the area is. The rambling old farmhouse fit our big family fly-in perfectly. This isn’t a place for folks who need everything polished & perfect, but it IS a place for a big crew to spread out, play games, and have adventures (do protect yourself from ticks if you venture into the woods). Kitchen was very functional for prepping big meals. Hot tub was a nice respite after long travel & rainy days. Lots of comfy nooks for solo time, reading, art-making as well as big gathering spaces for family meals. It’s a bit out of the way, but only 15 mins to grab groceries or supplies. Amazing getaway!

Really lovely place. Spacious and super comfortable, stocked with helpful sundries and techy items in every room. Beautiful kitchen and downstairs bathroom! TV projector and screen a blast. While unexpected lawn maintenance limited some outside time, was otherwise a fantastic rental.

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

We started at David’s place for a bachelorette party and had an amazing time! The view over the lake is unreal and there was plenty of space for eight of us total. The driveway is a little bit tricky to get in and out of, but we had no issues at all – just flagging for those with larger cars and/or coming in bad weather.

Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

Kelsey’s place was nothing short of perfect. My family and I hadn’t been back to Mass in many years, and we needed a good place to have everyone together again in one place - this place fit the bill and more! The house and backyard are beautiful. You get plenty of space while still feeling cozy. The backyard was perfect for a BBQ and the grass area provided plenty of space for my kiddo to run around and play. You’re also wicked close to the lake and have plenty of places to explore. Kelsey was extremely responsive and kind, and even let us extend our stay a few days because we were having such a wonderful time. I hope to stay here again when we come back next year!

Josh’s was the most charming of all the Berkshire bnbs we’ve rented so far. His historic home has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quality linens and a living room with plenty of seating for 8 or more to comfortably lounge in front of the huge stone fireplace for board games and movie nights. The interior of this late 1700’s home was spotless and decorated with a stylish combination of contemporary practical furniture as well as several groupings of that suggest how you might unwind: write a letter at the secretary by the window upstairs, put your feet up and read at any number of antique armchairs strategically placed around the home, or challenge your kids to a game of mini-billiards. We had a few questions during our visit and Josh was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The grounds have walking paths and the location can’t be beat: close to the grocery store and downtown Lee while still feeling private. It was the perfect spot for us to unplug. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Elle’s house. The bedrooms and living spaces were thoughtfully laid out and decorated beautifully. A short drive to lots of little cafés and hiking trails. We appreciated the quiet solitude of this little getaway in the Berkshires, and the ping pong table too. We didn’t get to use the lake (snow in April!) but hope to return to try again!

This house is drop dead gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and anything else you could ask for in an Airbnb. They do not supply coffee but they do have a French press and drip coffee machine - the only piece of info I wish I knew before coming. 10/10 experience would love to stay again.

Nancy was a great host. She was responsive and proactive providing us instructions for accessing the property. The house had lots of space for our group of 9 and it was nice to have a full kitchen to cook in while we stayed. The walk to MOCA was around 15 minutes with our group, which included five kids. It was nice being so close to town. We hope to be back again!

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

This is a place that gives families the time, simplicity, and space to relax together and reconnect. All of the happiness and love of many generations fills the air. This is a wonderful setting for extended families and friends to gather. There is a lot for everyone to do at the house, the lake, and in the Monadnock region. This is a one of a kind property that is very special today more than ever.

The setting is beautiful. Hiking trails start from the door. House is set back from the road, which does not get much traffic. The place is very peaceful. the interior - particularly the great room/kitchen/dining area, is full of light and beautiful plants that are well integrated into the decor. The nights are quiet and calm. This is a GREAT place for reflection and relaxation. The immediate area is small farms and local businesses, incluidng any number of farm stands and other local enterprises, like the owner's herbalist business. This is a charming place, and Hannah is an excellent and thoughtful host. Unreserved recommendation. I will be back.

We (6 adults) loved our stay at Jeff’s house! The house itself is a beautiful Victorian, full of interesting architectural features and a great mix of both antique and more contemporary furnishings. The spacious living room was the perfect hang-out/game space; the bedrooms were also all large, with comfortable beds; and the kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of seating for group meals. And Jeff was a great host – easy to communicate with and fun to chat with as well. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

This was a great home away from home. Wish it didn’t rain as much as it did. We really wanted to walk the grounds more. Inside was cozy and warm. Anything you needed it was there. Yina’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and surrounded by lovely scenery—truly worth the stay. From the coffee she chose to the shampoo and body wash, I enjoyed every little detail. Yina is a very responsive and responsible host. I really appreciated her quick replies and thoughtful touches. Would love to come back again!

seven people, three children five and under 4 adults, it was perfect for what we were looking for a cute little Brook beside the property that the children had fun with fire pit we had s'mores. kitchen was well stocked. close to Springfield. I felt that it was exactly what we were looking for for a small family vacation

Thanks for a great one-night stay at your beautiful home. We got to celebrate Easter here on our way to the Boston Marathon 2025! The home was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful location. It was very comfortable, and it had everything one would need from sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen etc. We wished we could've stayed longer!

This was our fourth time staying at Brooksley's place, and we're sure to be back again in the future, too. The proximity to Northampton is perfect -- close enough for a quick drive to Smith and into town, but just far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet. The hosts responded very quickly to any of our questions or needs, and this was much appreciated.

The house is wonderful and cozy in a great location. It was very clean and the instructions were very clear and helpful. Mátti communicated with us every day. I highly recommend it!
