Just 1 min walk to the closest city beach and 7 min to the iconic castle, this 40 m² apartment has a luxurious bedroom for restful nights, open kitchen-living room perfect for relaxing or entertaining, bright veranda for work or play, modern bathroom, and a large terrace. A perfect base for a romantic escape or exploring cafés&restaurants, the promenade, and all the charm of Haapsalu.

Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.

The old log house is surrounded by a spacious garden with old fruit trees and a children's playground and includes three well-equipped apartments: gloria 51 m², grete 39 m² and aurelia 25 m², for two adults each. It is possible to add extra beds for children. There is a separate sauna within the propety.
