Wonderful listing with plenty of room and games, perfect for large groups. The place was mostly spotless. While there were plenty of kitchen amenities, bedding, and towels, we did have to bring our own body wash.

Gina’s property is always so clean, thoughtfully decorated, and offers so many amenities. My husband and I enjoy having coffee outside on the patio and cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Gina is a 5⭐️host and is always responsive.

This house was absolutely beautiful! We had a girls weekend and this house was perfect. More than enough room for everyone! The house was very clean and smelled really good. The host was flexible and accommodated us for an early check in since we were coming from out of town. The host was also very friendly! I definitely recommend. This is the first Airbnb I’ve booked that looked exactly like the pictures. It was so beautiful. If I’m ever in the area again I’d definitely rebook.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Victor is one of the best Airbnb owners I’ve ever worked with. He was immediately responsive, when I had a need. He reached out to me to make sure I was comfortable, while I was there. For the price, it’s a great place to stay for a single person or a couple

Yaneth cozy basement apartment was everything. Very clean, cozy and peaceful. Beautiful patio and deck on the outside to relax and take in the nature. Awesome neighborhood super quiet. Yaneth is very responsive and will answer all your questions. So if you are traveling to Atlanta/Suwanee area book this place to stay you will not regret it! Yaneth place will definitely be my go to when I'm in Atlanta. Yaneth thanks again for your hospitality.

This is a great spot! Everything is as describe. The parking gate is very loud and can be annoying. (There is nothing you can do to avoid the loud gate beeping sound outside) I really enjoy this space. I will definitely book again.
