The TreeTop Guesthouse is FABULOUS! I felt right at home the minute I arrived. Grace is a WONDERFUL host! She responded to my inquiries promptly and went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. I flew in from California and took MARTA from the airport (EASY) and walked from the Decatur, MARTA station to The TreeTop Guesthouse with a backpack and a carry on with wheels. The guesthouse has everything you need to make it your home away from home. I spent four days in Decatur for a wedding and walked everywhere or took a Lyft. Highlights of the trip included Cafe Alsace, Camp Kitty, Greene's Candy Shoppe, HomeGrown, Kudzu Antiques + Modern, Squash Blossom Boutique, Woodlands Garden (TWO BLOCKS AWAY) to the right as you walk out of driveway. The neighborhoods near The TreeTop Guesthouse are charming and worth walking around if you are on a mission to get your daily steps. :) THANK YOU GRACE! Five days in The Treetop Guesthouse soothed my soul. I'LL BE BACK SOON! :)

Such a responsive host! Was fine with my altered schedule and late, late check in. She was so kind to clean the kayak for me after the long winter’s nap. Quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect place to find rest and spend time on the lake! But my most favorite feature was Sam!! I was so sad to say goodbye!🥹🥲😥

We had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable for two people. It is located in a nice residential area. Although it faces a quiet street, there is some traffic noise from nearby, but it is quiet at night. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small and although it lacks a dishwasher it is stocked with enough for light cooking. Faucet has a Brita filter. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Our only concern was that there is a 5-inch step up from the living room to the kitchen, and a 5-inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, a potential problem for those with orthopedic issues. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely area.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

My partner and I had a lovely time! The cottage was clean and tidy, the amenities were exactly as described, and Chris and Mallerie were very communicative. The cottage is private, peaceful, and everything is labeled to help guests navigate the space and the amenities with ease. We will definitely be back the next time we find ourselves in the Atlanta area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joy's little house. We wanted to be north of Atlanta to visit different family and also get to Atlanta for some tourists attractions like the zoo and aquarium. We thought it was easy to get into the city and centrally located to our family. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and had extra touches making it feel more like a high end hotel than a traditional AirBNB. We loved driving in and out of the house and seeing the horses running free and the home is on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. My kids loved the space upstairs so much also. I would highly recommend this location. We did meet Joy and she was so friendly and nice.

Sean's place was fantastic. It was exactly what I was looking for. Little Five Points is a weird walkable neighborhood with a ton to do. It is also very close to downtown. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Perfect place for rest & relaxation. Clean, comfy & cozy. Karla is responsive & attentive. Neighborhood has beautiful scenery & kind neighbors. I would absolutely stay again & highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where I needed to be, and the host was very helpful and respond fast. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

I loved the place and it was very convenient for what i had to do in the area. I will stay there again for sure. However, the entrance to the apartment in the dark is less that desirable. To make it worse, it rained the morning that we checked out and we had to carry the luggage in the dark and muddy path. If they fix this, it would be a perfect stay.

Ms. Patricia was very responsive, helpful and friendly. When I had some issues with the Tiny little house away from home, which wasn't her fault at all. Ms. Patricia offered me a guest room in her house and she made sure it was cleaned. She was always there to render assistance when I needed any help. I really felt at home and was treated very good. I had all the privacy that I needed . I will definitely booked with Ms. Patricia if i should ever visit Atlanta. My stay there was very pleasant and peaceful. Thank you Ms. Patricia for making my vacation a great one!!!

Very nice location/neighborhood, walkable gas station. Cute space with a lot of room and the host is very responsive if you need anything.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Victor was a perfect host! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, washing. The rooms were as nice as the pictures. Bathrooms were very nice and the pool was always clean and ready for the morning swim. The welcome from Jacquil was the best. I felt like she was family and I would recommend her home to anyone I know. My next time coming to ATL, I will be contacting Jacquil.

Great location! Lovely outdoor atmosphere, birds beautiful wooded backyard and surroundings. So peaceful and like an escape but still so close to everything we needed/wanted. They were both great hosts and were proactive before our stay to set up needed items for our small toddler. It was a very spacious area but felt like you had everything you need in a cozy setting. Would 100% stay again and recommend!

Very nice and not very far from activities in Atlanta and very close to Stone Mountain

This is our second time here. We really enjoyed the homemade cookies! They are such a nice touch. The place is well stocked with games for the kids. We enjoyed playing pool as well! I was so happy to see the tea kettle in the kitchen. As a tea drinker it was a very nice touch. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!
