Beautiful and comfortable unit! The view was breathtaking, loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings! Everything was just as photographed, a little confusing to get to the actual unit, but you get used to it by the next day. The only thing I would recommend is for hosts to put a long mirror or any mirror in the second bedroom as there were none and my daughters had to use the mirror in the master bedroom. Which imagine three women trying to get ready with one mirror lol, it was no biggie at all and does not change how I feel about such a wonderful stay! I would stay again! Communication was very responsive and friendly, well equipped kitchen! The community pool however was a bit underwhelming, but still not a takeaway! We enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying at Myrka’s place. She is one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. She is super responsive and always eager to help. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Since staying here for the first time, we always try to book it again every time we come to Puerto Rico.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Muy cómodo, mi familia le encanta ya es la segunda vez que se visita el lugar. Muy tranquilo y la anfitriona muy atenta contesta muy rápido y es muy comprensible de verdad recomiendo el lugar al 100%. Y si Dios lo permite seguiremos visitando el lugar.

lugar es muy cómodo especialmente la cama, sientes que estas durmiendo en una nube. Todo el apartamento esta muy organizado y limpio. Cuenta con cafetera y café, lo cuál es un plus! Tiene una gasolinera con mini market justo a las afueras del complejo de apartamentos, por si necesitas algo de última hora, está las 24 horas . Está cerca de muchos lugares de comida rápida y negocios. El lugar fue tranquilo durante el día pero la noche que llegamos eran más de las 11 y había música alta por el negocio llamado "los paraos" lo cual es una distancia bastante retirada del lugar, pero aun así se escuchaba muy fuerte la música . Una vez te encerrabas en el apartamento ya ni la escuchabas. Pasamos un rato agradable, volveríamos si tuviéramos la oportunidad nuevamente

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and the incredibly comfortable bed—it made our trip even more relaxing. Even with the unexpected island-wide power outage, the experience was still amazing. The host was outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond, especially when my son’s birthday ice cream cake was ruined due to the outage. She made sure he still felt special, and that meant so much to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. We’re giving it a solid 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

Casa muy bonita, y pensada para pasarla súper bien en familia. Muy cómoda, todo organizado y limpio. Ubicada a pocos minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, entre otros… El anfitrión es muy amable, y te ayuda con cualquier duda que necesites. Esta equipada con lo necesario, por lo cual es recomendable para reservar varios días, y en familia desconectar un poco de las rutinas diarias. Nos gustó mucho!

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We stayed with family at Luis’s apartment and it was absolutely what we needed. The location was so ideal with the beach access and also a private pool at the property. The beach was very clean and we loved spending our evenings there. Luis responded very quickly to everything we asked or needed help for. His instructions to the property were so clear that even with the power outage, we made our way in very easily. We will stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Tom’s place was above and beyond our expectations…better than the pictures! It was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. We absolutely loved our time there. The pool and jacuzzi were such a nice touch along with the beautiful scenery and fantastic view. Tom left a book with recommendations on things to do around the area which was very helpful. He was also very quick to respond if we had any questions. My boyfriend loved the outdoor grill😊. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about the stay was great! The place was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a great, large balcony overlooking the golf course - a perfect spot for your morning coffee! Joshua was very proactive in providing all of the information we needed and following up to make sure we were all set for our stay. Golf cart was helpful to have, though I would say that pretty much any amenity on the resort was at most within a 10-15 minute walk. Just a heads up for first timers to the resort that there are limited dining options on the resort property after 6pm, so best to plan ahead for evening meals (though we thoroughly enjoyed eating at the Beach Club on multiple evenings!).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would definitely return and highly recommend this Airbnb to others!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.
