Mii-san and Aki-san are wonderful people. Please stay here if you will like to experience a warm, friendly, and comfortable place. I had an excellent time talking to the couple and playing with their three cats. They have shared a lot of wisdom and warmth towards me, even though I was unable to communicate well in Japanese. Aki-san shared that his philosophy for their AirBNB is for guests to "feel happy/laugh 3 times": the first time is when they check-in to the place, the second time when we have a meal together, and the third is when we check-out. Indeed, Mii-san and Aki-san have fulfilled this philosophy much more than they have planned. I felt happy when I came back home from my outing, and when I greeted them good morning/good night. I came on this trip alone but left with people I hope to visit again. Please take care of yourselves! If time allows, I will love to stay in this home again.

What an amazing stay at Aibiya! We only had 3 nights in Nagano and decided to stay at Yudanaka so we would have quick and easy access to the snow monkey park and the snow fields. Aibiya was the perfect place for our little family with kids aged 8 and 6, an easy walk to the train and bus station. Right from the time of booking, communication was first class. Seongmi and Yoshi offered heaps of suggestions and advice on visiting the region as well as tips for making it a safer trip. Upon arrival, Yoshi made the check-in process very easy, had lots of tips for dining and even booked us a private rooftop onsen at a nearby hotel. The guest house is a beautiful traditional Japanese hotel which immediately felt like home. Our room was spacious and the shared areas were clean and tidy with plenty of books, games and origami for the kids. By far the best thing about our stay were Seongmi and Yoshi, the most welcoming, warm and helpful hosts. We look forward to staying with them again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Akiko’s place. Great location as it is close to the station. I borrowed the bike to go around the town and it turned out to be a great experience. The highlight of the stay is when akiko and her husband played violin and piano together during the breakfast time. It was so beautiful! Thank you for the special classical music treat!

It's a special spot. The food was amazing. Host charming. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a peaceful getaway at Wooribow Ryokan. The service and breakfast were amazing. We loved having access to the private onsen. The center of town was an easy walk away with many restaurants and activities nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Le logement était très propre et accueillant. À mon arrivée, j’ai eu le droit à un délicieux thé de bienvenue, et le petit déjeuner était également très apprécié. L’hôte a pris le temps de me donner toutes les bonnes adresses locales. La chambre était impeccable et les onsen étaient parfaits. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôte est bienveillante, très attentionnée et disponible. La maison est très propre, les futons très confortables. Nous avons pu cuisiner dans la cuisine qui est bien équipée. Les petits déjeuners traditionnels japonais sont de très grande qualité, composé de plein de mets savoureux et faits maison, servis dans une très belle porcelaine. Il est facile de se garer sur place. Nous recommandons fortement !
