Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Kaan greeted and welcomed us in a very friendly way. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the flat with helpful directions about this location. There were many restaurants and an adjacent outlet mall that we used frequently. If I visited the area again, I will definitely look to see if his location is available.

The apartment is a lovely first-floor flat located in a central neighborhood, close to the train station that connects directly to the city center. Despite its central location, it is very quiet at night with no noise. It has a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a good internet connection. The place was very clean. I would happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul.

Konaklama süresince benimle düzenli iletişimde olmaları ve profesyonel bir hizmet sunmaları gerçekten takdir edilesi. Ev oldukça ferah ve tertemizdi, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Fişekhane’ye yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj, ayrıca merkezi noktalara da çok yakın. Deniz manzarası ise gerçekten keyif vericiydi. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Makuuhuoneet olivat isoja, olohuone ja keittiö pieniä. Meitä oli vain kolme ja keitimme yleensä vain vettä puuroon tai teehen. Söimme ulkona ja kävimme huoneistossa nukkumassa. Sänky oli hyvä, pyyhkeet isoja ja pehmosia. Suihkut toimivat hyvin ja oli ihana, kun oli 2 kylpyhuonetta. Mina vastasi nopeasti, ja oli aina valmiina auttamaan. Huoneistossa oli ihanan lämmintä, ilmastoinnille ei ollut tarvetta. Huoneisto on vilkkaan tien varrella, joten viikonloppu öisin, musiikki pauhasi ohiajavista autoista, ihmisääniä kuului yms. Minä en toki niitä kuullut, vaikka nukuin tienpuoleisessa makuuhuoneessa. 3 mh on kadun puolella ja yksi sisäpihan puolella. Keskeinen sijainti ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet lähellä. Olimme iloisia hissistä, vaikka se olikin pieni, riittävä meille. Paras airbnb kokemus tähän mennessä.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.
