Emily (the host) had done a great job with this home. It has more than expected. If you forget anything, don't worry it will there. So much more in person than what the pictures can say. Pool and the Gulf are only steps away. Don't want to walk, then grab a bike or the golfcart. For Emily, she is great to communicate with. Easy entry, and Easy checkout. 5 Star!

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ashley’s place was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and stocked and exactly as described. Super close to a nearly private beach and pool was a nice touch at the end of a long beach day. We can’t wait to come back!

We wanted somewhere that didn’t have people attached to us with just a wall in between since have kids and a puppy and this was perfect. Plenty of room for 3 kids and my husband and I, plus the kennel for our pup. Quiet and peaceful. A half mile from restaurants and grocery store. Had everything we needed! We plan to stay again in the future! Only thing missing was a tv in the bedrooms.

We loved our stay! We brought our retriever and terrier . Good side yard for them , water hose to spray them off. Nice side gate to bring them that way in from the beach. Very cozy home ! My favorite is the screened front porch ! I would stay again and so close to town!❤️

Spring Special-Amazing Gulf view, Pool, Gcart

The place is great, I was mostly impressed with the response time and the effort that was put in communication with host. They set their expectations for us a guest and over exceeded my wife’s expectations as a host and place. Would highly recommend this place and host to anyone visiting the area! Will definitely be coming back here

Secluded Dunes Cottage

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

Great house with so much to do for the kids! It rained all day Saturday, during our weekend stay, and the kids had no complaints with all the indoor games and space. space was very clean and ready to go with clear instructions on everything included. Big enough to fit my entire family, plenty of beds! Thank you Tim and Katie for for the beautiful place to stay!

Julia’s place was fantastic. From the moment we booked to the last day of our stay everything was very smooth. Clear check in instructions, and it was great being so close to town. Would definitely stay again if they would have us!

Golf Cart & Ocean Views

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Walk to the Beach, Brand New Luxe Beach House with

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our girls’ trip. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had perfect weather and the neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only complaint there was we didn’t have a great place to put the food we bought. The panty to the house is locked and the cabinets are filled. All of our food had to sit on the counter. The pool and beach were both great. We just had a hard time with the gate codes. Some of the codes we were given had “expired” according to the security officer at one of the pools. However, we seemed to not be the only guests that had that issue. The beach equipment was a nice touch but a few things need to be replaced. One of our friends sat in a chair and it reclined all the way to the sand. The cart will also not make it through the sand dunes. So plan that accordingly. But, there are PLENTY of beach towels. 👍🏻

Great place! Very nice accommodation and decor. Golf cart was a plus. All gear for the beach. Great location near Port St Joe. One of the top Air bnb’s we’ve stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

Home w/ 2 Master Suites (golf cart included)

This is a beautiful house. We loved the mother in law suite when family/friends came to visit. The house was well stocked. Plenty of beach towels and lawn chairs. We talked to Majesty a couple of times and she was very kind and helpful. We would return to this house again.
