Guin : locations de vacances

We stayed a week with our 2 dogs, meeting our son and his family there. The kids loved our water activities at the dock. They had no difficulty negotiating the steps or the paved trail. The house accommodated our 7 really well. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, fire pit and the views from the house and decks.

The host Dave was very friendly and accomodating! It was very clean and the view was amazing.

Cute little lake cottage with gorgeous views of Smith Lake. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were nice. Overall a very pleasant experience and a delightful weekend away.

Very clean, the heated blankets were a nice touch, would recommend to others staying in the area!

#1 on our list of most comfortable and cozy homes we’ve stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and serene. Neighbors but with enough trees to ensure privacy. Host was very proactive and helpful. *caveat, there is no “close” grocery store, etc. so stop on your way in to get what you want. Easy access to water, fire pit was a hit with the s’mores crowd. We would definitely book again when called back to the area.

The place was perfect for our large family. We had plenty of room to spread out. It was a cold weekend but there was plenty to do with multiple indoor and outdoor TV's to watch the ballgames, ample grill space. wood and gas outdoor fire places. The kids loved the hot tub. We all loved the decks and heaters. My 8 yo grandson promptly caught a nice bass off the deck even though we did not fish very long.

We decided to explore Alabamas caves for the New Year. This place was right in the middle of them. Great place to keep the pup and not be away too long. Town was not too big, but plenty of places to shop and eat. The house was very convenient to the interstate. Yet very private and quiet. The yard was perfect to walk our dog around. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We lacked for nothing during our 3 day stay. Lots of little extras in the kitchen. Hosts were very responsive to any questions you may have. If we are ever back in that area, we would for sure stay again. Highly recommend
