Estudio amplio, con la mejor vista de la bahía, de atmósfera relajante y natural, ubicado en una comunidad tranquila a solo 5 minutos de las más hermosas playas como Mismaloya, Palmares, Las gemelas, Colomitos, Quimixto, Yelapa las animas etc. ruta de camiones pasa frente de la casa para ir a cualquier punto de Vallarta, cocina amplia con refri, aire ac. y ventilador, un pequeño armario, hielera, sombrillas y kayak, si te gusta la pesca puedes pescar de orilla en la playa justo abajo el estudio.

Departamento para máximo 4 personas incluyendo menores, cuenta con sala, SmarTV de 43”, comedor, cocina, cafetera, tostador, recamara con 2 camas matrimoniales y aire acondicionado, caja de seguridad, baño completo y WiFi. Son 3 departamentos independientes en este lugar, se comparte la alberca. No contamos con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad pero pueden estacionarse afuera. Estamos cercas del mar! Importante: Porfavor dejame saber tus dudas antes de reservar. Entrada: 3 pm Salida: 11 am

La casa tiene jardín y asador. La suite para hasta 4 personas tiene recámara, baño, sala y cocina. Tenemos internet de fibra optica 100Mb. Fraccionamiento cerrado con acceso controlado. Club de playa. Entre Bucerías y La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. No podemos aceptar mascotas. Nosotros vivimos en la planta alta de la casa y tenemos 2 gatos.Hay 2 tvs , en la estancia con Fire-stick, y en la recámara con sistema Roku. La casa está en venta por lo que es probable que la muestren durante su estancia.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Just two and a half blocks walk from the beach and half a block from the main avenue. With connection to San Pancho, Sayulita, Lo De Marcos and all the beautiful neighboring towns. Enjoy hiking to the Toro viewpoint a few steps from your studio leaving through Los Ayala Beach. No guests allowed.

Casa Arena is one of the bungalows on La Casa de la Estrella. It has one room, with one king size bed and a single sofa-bed. It also has its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area are located on a terrace and its equipped with all basics. We don´t have A/C however, there is a ceiling fan and a standing fan. You also have access to the common areas like the hamacas and livings on the main palapa terrace with views of the ocean and access to the beach.

Love Nest is located at the tip of Sayulita Bay with panoramic views of the town to the open sea from the two private terraces in the best location in Sayulita! Stay 5 minutes walking from the center of Sayulita. Relax in the private dipping pool and in the shared pool. The studio bungalow with two private terraces and a bathroom has Wi-Fi, kitchen and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
