Muy bonita la casa, tal y como se menciona. Gracias al host porque siempre estuvo al pendiente y sus instrucciones siempre fueron muy claras. La persona que nos apoyó con las tareas de la casa es muy agradable.

Nos sentimos como en casa! Las instalaciones muy lindas y cómodas! Nos recibió Doris y Vinicio quienes nos atendieron y ayudaron en todo momento! Excelente todo!

This place is absolutely stunning! The views are truly dreamy and the outdoor bath was irresistible - exactly what we needed after a long day of activities. The location is fantastic; it's very close to the charming town of San Marcos, which offers a variety of restaurant options. I always looked forward to breakfast overlooking the lake each morning. It was such a treat! We also made great use of the kayaks that were available. The host was amazing at organizing our transfers, making everything seamless. The service was great, and I'm already planning a return trip for a longer stay. This place deserves more than a short visit to truly appreciate its beauty and tranquility!

Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful—every detail felt luxurious. The rooms were stunning, the pool was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to beaches and local spots. We also really appreciated the on-site security, who greeted us each day and were quick to open the gate—it made us feel very safe and taken care of. One thing to note: Airbnb didn’t clearly state that there would be extra charges for additional guests, even though the house fits eight. Thankfully, Michael was very kind and offered to split the extra cost with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We enjoyed each minute at Gustavo’s place. My family wanted to make some grocery shopping before our arrival and have it all in place before our arrival. Needless to say to say we contacted the host and without hesitation they accommodate to their best so we could have access to the property to organize our shopping. We had a huge delay while traveling g, which put us far from our expected time of arrival. When I contacted Gustavo he was very kind and made sure our check in was as smooth as possible once we got there. He is always responsive, taking care of every single detail, answering all of our questions. If you are planning to come to Jalapa either for leisure or business I highly recommend his place as it is centrally located, surrounded by a beautiful view, quiet and serene but yet close to the city and all Jalapa has to offer. I know we are looking forward to our next stay at Gustavo’s place.

Las instalaciones de la casa en general se encuentran en óptimas condiciones. Tal como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es cerca de la playa. Los anfitriones tanto Hector como Gregorio estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, fueron muy amables y serviciales. Un aspecto muy importante y bueno es que aceptan mascotas y está todo cercado. En términos generales; la pasamos Super y nos lo disfrutamos con nuestra familia y nuestros perritos!!!. La recomendamos y esperamos volver en un futuro!!!

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

Loved Jose’ b and b right next to the beach and a nice pool area. Lots of rooms to sleep our group. Host was also very good at communicating any needs for the rental.

Pone beautiful views, comfortable house with a great pool. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would book again 👍

La casa es espectacular, con unas vistas maravillosas, Héctor y Gladys fueron súper serviciales y atentos en todo momento! María fue súper comunicativa siempre y la casa estuvo implacable en todo momento durante nuestra estadía con todas las amenidades y comodidades para mi y mí familia. El lugar es un 100/10

Eramos un grupo de 10 personas , nuestra estadía fue perfecta, nada q adicionar. Un equipo profesional, amable y comunicativo. Daniel, el muchacho que administra, ha estado pendiente de cada detalle de principio a fin. Casa con espacios para compartir entre amigos ó familia. El desayuno exquisito . una de las noches pedimos cena en casa y estuvimos formidable. definitivamente volveremos

La casa cumple con todos los detalles descritos, un excelente ubicación y una piscina enorme, la cocina súper equipada habitaciones muy cómodas. Algo externo es un letrero que está enfrente a la casa que hace que la vista a la playa sea limitada. Pero por el resto es una súper estadía y muy cómoda.

Varias veces nos hemos hospedado en casa pingüino y siempre quedamos muy satisfechos. Los regalos de bienvenida fueron un hermoso y excepcional detalle, la casa muy linda y la atención de Carlos y su staff fue excelente. Casa pingüinos es un hospedaje que merece 5 estrellas.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine, ruhige Oase in mitten des über die Ostertage doch recht trubeligen Antigua. Die Stadt ist in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Weg ist auch nach EInbruch der Dunkelheit sicher. Jedenfalls haben wir uns in Antigua immer sicher gefühlt. Kleine Kinder sind nicht immer ruhig, aber das war hier überhaupt kein Problem. Im Gegenteil das Personal war sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Der Service war hervorragend. und zu der Sauberkeit (ebenfals sehr gut) habe ich ja oben schon etwas gesagt. Er ein paar Tage oder - so wie wie wir - 2 1/2 Wochen in Antigua verbringen möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Tom und seinem Team - muchisimas gracias!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Really loved everything about the home. The people in charge were very kind and friendly and very attentive to all of our requests. We will definitely be coming back!

Excelente servicio del anfitrión y la casa con muy buena ubicación, la encontramos justo como se ve en las fotos, con todas las comodidades, pasamos un fin de semana súper cómodo. Recomendado 👍🏼

Wow! We can’t say enough about this place! We had such a great time. The host was very clear and sent very good instructions on getting there. Made it easy to find and felt right at home. The staff there is so kind! Even though we don’t speak much Spanish every one was super kind and helpful. The space looks just like the description very beautiful! We really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle into Antigua. We had the best trip! Would highly recommend this place!

Compartimos en familia en esta hermosa casa, muy comoda, la piscina nos gusto muchisimo, las areas exteriores muy bonitas para poder comapartir, la cocina es my grande y hay de todo para poder cocinar. el area de mesa de billar y mesa de ping pong muy bonita para pasar momentos en familia. sin duda regresariamos

exigente lugar la casa es pequeña pero muy acogedora y tiene lo necesario el anfitrión muy atento en todo momento y el encargado Ersiodo es una excelente persona muy amable y a tentó, lo que más nos gusto fue que la piscina es de agua dulce eso es fenomenal lo recomiendo
