A stay at this lovely place gives you a high-end experience, no doubt. The house is spacious, clean, well organized, has super tasteful interiors, and a hot tub as the cherry on top! I was simply left with a "wow" after check in and seeing all the small details Thorunn pays attention to. She had made sure that we would not lack a thing, and the instructions she provided us with answered litterally every questions we had during our stay. What a perfect host Thorunn is! Highly recommend✨

Palina was a great host, our guests were very happy to stay here. We did have some issues & confusion at check out (misunderstanding with our guests) but Palina was very understanding kind enough to let us book another night to cover the costs of this and any additional cleaning required from the number of guests and length of stay. We would definitely recommend Palina as a host and are grateful for her understanding with the issues.

Cozy place to stay. The host was very nice to let us check in early. Everything was great in this cabin. Room was enough warm for this cold weather. Because of the volcanic eruption last year, there are no shop n supermarket open in here. We did prepare our foods to cook during our stay so we are fine. We drove out not far away there are an area displayed the poster to show when volcano eruption in this town. It’s a good to drive around this place to understand more it happened. Very good experience for us.

Spacious house with lots of natural light, easy access and parking. Kitchen and living area fully furnished with all you may need for a short or long stay. When we got there after a long day around the Reykjanes peninsula the host had already gotten the hot tub going and ready for us. We stayed one night as we had to be close to the airport, which is a 10min drive as described by the host.

The Converted Water Tower was beautiful and extremely fun. We had a great time seeing the northern lights and unique landscape and it was a convenient for all of our activities in the Reykjanes Peninsula and Reykjavik. The hosts were super responsive when we had a question a few weeks before our trip and again when they provided helpful check-in instructions.

Dagný’s apartment was one of the best choices I made for Iceland tour. It was cozy (I felt upset when leaving it, wish I had more days to stay), clean, roomy, and convenient. Almost everything was set. Dagný is so nice and kind, and her apartment deserves much more popularity. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality❤️

We had the most amazing time here! Everything about this place is exceptional! The location is close to the airport which worked out great for us because we arrived super early and were exhausted. The check in process was so easy! We were able to check in immediately, take nice, hot showers and then nap. It was lovely and the bathroom was huge with a spacious, hot shower. We really appreciated how warm and insulated the space was and the floors were even heated! We spent New Years Eve/Day here, which was phenomenal! The beautiful fireworks display along with the visible aurora borealis made this a spectacular night! My fiancé proposed to me here, and it was the most perfect magical night! I can’t imagine it happening anywhere else! Our hosts were so wonderful and gifted us a bottle of delicious Prosecco as well as let us use their hot tub to celebrate! They were so kind and awesome as well as their gorgeous yellow lab who is the sweetest, friendliest dog! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great to see the refrigerator loaded with some eatables. Very helpful to have quick breakfast before leaving to airport.
