Grimstone : locations de vacances

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable apartment. It was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. Nicola is a fantastic host and she provided helpful information in the apartment. The location is ideal for discovering this beautiful region. Thank you, Nicola, for everything.

Hele leuke plek om te verblijven! Het voelt heel afgelegen aan, maar de stad is op slechts 10 minuutjes te bereiken met de auto. We hebben een kampvuur kunnen maken; een hele gezellige avond. Zeker aan te raden!

What a wonderful find, location, location, location! The lodge is right on the river where you can watch the daily foray of boats, paddle boards, canoes and wildlife. The lodge itself was very clean with plenty of storage and cupboard space. Gorgeous outside space with strategically placed hammocks and chairs to watch the world go by. I had a massage in the spa which was wonderful and we all went in the sauna with its cold water pool, all on site, what an experience! Christchurch high street is 2 mins away with its many restaurants and shops. I would definitively recommend this Airbnb.

The Captains retreat is a beautiful cottage with everything you should need to hand. The decor is lovely and just as the photos portray. It is very private with its own sweet little courtyard and late afternoon there was still beautiful sunshine to sit outside and enjoy. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than expected due to family illness but Helen was the most responsive and friendly host. Extremely helpful with recommendations and very flexible where possible with check in and out times. We very much hope to return in the future to enjoy the full experience, thank you Helen:)

Wonderful house with beautiful decor and everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms were perfect. Lovely outdoor space and plenty of off road parking. Pub only a few mins walk away which served nice dinners. We will definitely be coming back to stay here soon!
