Thank you Inga for hosting us! Communication was smooth, Inga was in touch. We had a very comfortable stay! Apartment is centrally located in the lively neighborhood, gives a vibe of a big city life. At the same time close to the park and withing walking distance to the seaside. There is everything you need for living, long stay: groceries, famous bakery, sea food shop, small stores, restaurants. I found everything for cooking, enough kitchenware, the light is good. Blackout curtains and great bed, enough storage space. Also there is heating, which is essential for Batumi in the low season and winter. The elevator is fast, no problems for baby trolleys. I definitely recommend!

Очень хорошее жилье, кровать, матрас и подушки просто идеальные, лучше чем ортопедические дома) выехать разрешили в 4 вечера, что было очень удобно для нас есть посуда, чайник, утюг и фен. все для комфортного проживания

Отличная квартира для вашего проживания в Батуми! Все необходимые удобства, все чисто и опрятно. Для Беларусов сюрприз в виде магазинов беларуских товаров в этом же доме. С балкона видно море и горы. Не первая береговая линия, но все равно топ!

L’appartement est neuf et hyper confortable, la vue sur la mer noire sublime. Seule ombre au tableau l’hôte, qui devrait vraiment faire quelques efforts. Déjà il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et lors du check out il a recompté les peignoirs, les serviettes, les bols, les assiettes, les verres, les fourchettes et l’unique couteau sans décrocher le moindre sourire.

Der Aufenthalt hier hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Es ist zentral gelegen zu allem was man braucht. Dafür ist es allerdings stark belebt, recht laut und sehr hell beleuchtet. (Neuer Nachtclub direkt gegenüber) Ich würde wirklich empfehlen, dass die Vorhänge ausgetauscht und verstärkt werden. Ansonsten braucht man eine gute Schlafmaske. Mir hat es gefallen, dass man Teil des einheimischen Lebens wird und alle Leute waren sehr nett in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer im Apartment war in Ordnung, mit allem was für längere Aufenthalte gebraucht wird. Etwas abgelebt alles, aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Giorgi war ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und hat immer schnell reagiert. Insgesamt ist ein Aufenthalt hier - zum richtigen Preis - sehr zu empfehlen, sofern man auch das georgische Alltagsleben schätzt.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

Четыре отдельно стоящих домика на тихой улице в Уреки. Хозяйки живут здесь же, доступны 24/7, всегда готовы помочь. Хороший отдых в хорошем месте. Настоящий домик в деревне:-)

Арендовали дом на 10 дней в конце сентября 2021г большой компанией, 7 взрослых и 4 детей. В доме 4 спальни, зал, кухня, гостинная, 2 сан узла, веранда. Полностью соотвтетсвует фотографиям. Есть все для комфортного проживания. Очень чисто. Газовая плита, посуда, стиральная машинка, посудомоечная машинка. Единственный минус - не было микроволновки. На первом этаже живет хозяйка, очень приятная и общительная женщина, встретили нас с горячим хачапури, фруктами, домашней чачей, было очень приятно! На первый этаж вход в дом с другой стороны, поэтому арендуемая часть дома (2 этаж) с отдельным входом - по сути отдельный дом. Передвигались только на такси, поездка до моря , или до центра занимала примерно 15 минут. Вокруг горы, зелень, фрукты, красота! Рекомендуем! Спасибо хозяевам за все!

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

Прекрасное жильё в неописуемо красивом и тихом месте с видом на море и турецкий берег. Хозяин отзывчивый и внимательный. Интерьер чистый и качественный, есть всё необходимое для комфорта и отдыха. Уезжать не хотелось. Обязательно приедем ещё.

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

В очередной раз хозяева и дом нас порадовали своим гостеприимством, открытостью, отзывчивостью! Не смотря на ранее прибытие, хозяева приняли нас на своей территории, предоставили комнату, угостили кофе с домашней, невероятно вкусной выпечкой. Условия проживания радуют своим пространством, наличием собственного двора и беседкой, где можно приготовить шашлык. Выражаем огромную благодарность за замечательный отдых! С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Квартира расположена идеально. Между крупных отелей, где на пляже намного меньше людей. От двери до моря - три минуты! Квартира чистая, мебель новая, кровать огромная с хорошим матрасом. Сама квартира очень просторная, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Вид из окна 10/10. Мы еще долго будем скучать по утреннему кофе на этом балконе с видом на море и горы (ага на фото их не видно, они левее и очень красивые) Хозяин добыл по нашей просьбе детскую кроватку. За это отдельное спасибо! Мы очень рады, что сняли именно эту квартиру. Самая удачная часть нашего отпуска!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

It was a great place to stay! It’s been 4 of us and it’s always difficult to find two separate bedrooms, but here it was, which was great. Apartment is very clean and cozy with a very nice sea view and modern interior. Great place to stay for a family or a company of 4 people. Thanks! Great experience 9/10

Vili sent us clear instructions, we arrived in the evening and arrival was not a problem. Communication with the owner was fast, friendly and easy. The apartment is exactly as in the photo. We were unlucky with the weather, it was cold and rainy, the apartment was cool when we arrived, but the fireplace gave enough heat. Convenient location, close to the sea, many restaurants and shops around.
