Wye River beach shack hideaway in the tree tops

Wye River Beach Shack is a 2-bedroom 1950s beach house in the treetops with wildlife & ocean views, perfectly suited for a couple, two couples or a family. A short walk down to the surf beach, cafe/general store and pub situated on the Great Ocean Road. NOTE-there is separate access to the second bedroom downstairs and it is on its own key code. If you do not need second bedroom there is no additional charge. When booking both bedrooms for (2 -4 people) there is a $50 for cleaning and linen.

Welcome to Nordic Noir, your own rustic little hideaway nestled among the tree ferns. Our quirky little cabin comes complete with your own Nordic Spruce barrel sauna & spa to rejuvenate your body after exploring Forrest by bike or foot. The cabin & BBQ cabin are all yours to enjoy & are connected via a leafy walkway. MTB trails are on our doorstep, ride/walk into town in minutes or just chill & enjoy the sauna & hot tub. Located almost halfway between Lorne and Apollo Bay and only minutes away from the Wye River Pub and Café, it’s a great spot.

Welcome to our cosy shed, couples will enjoy their stay and all that this exceptional area has to offer. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .
