Al giorno d'oggi ci meravigliamo quando incontriamo persone disponibili, pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza e a fare anche di più! Questa è la descrizione di Chiara e Andrea genitori di Giulia, che già dalla prenotazione hanno cercato di trovare qualsiasi soluzione per facilitare il nostro soggiorno. Il mio compagno é in sedia a rotelle e loro con qualche aggiustamento hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento è davvero confortevole, come essere a casa. In pieno centro storico e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione del serraglio. Letto comodissimo!! Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno "Da Giulia" ma sopratutto sono felice di aver conosciuto persone così fantastiche!

5 stars – Exceptional stay in the heart of Florence! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of old Florence, steps away from the Duomo, Uffizi, and other major attractions. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and full of historic charm while offering all the modern comforts we needed. Our host was friendly, responsive, and offered great local recommendations. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, and we’d happily stay here again.

Andrea was a great host! Helped us settle in and explained how things worked. Recommended a few spots and was kind enough to move the checkin time. Overall, a very pleasant and efficient experience! Great for those who need to grab the train! Thank you again!

Super appartement, très confortable et bien placé, dans un quartier typique de Florence, à proximité des sites touristiques accessibles à pied. Nicola est un hôte très agréable, qui nous a indiqué de nombreuses adresses et nous a fait bénéficier d’une visite de la ville. Je recommande !

Siamo stati ospiti di Gianna per cinque giorni. Gianna è stata da subito gentile e accogliente. La casa è immersa nel verde, circondata da ulivi e ha una vista semplicemente meravigliosa su Pistoia e Prato. In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere Pistoia e in circa un'ora Lucca, Pisa, Vinci e Siena. La casa è dotata tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno come indicato dall'host. Super consigliato per godere di un soggiorno nella natura e per visitare le belle località toscane. Non dimentichiamo infine l'olio prodotto da Gianna di ottima qualità. Ciao Gianna, a presto!

We had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment. I stayed here with my two teenagers. Caternia was very accommodating for our arrival and departure. The apartment is spotless and the palazzo is beautiful. Truly an oasis of calm within easy walking distance to major landmarks. I highly recommend it.

When it comes to perfect hosts Sandra & Fabio are number one! The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean and had everything that was needed. You have your own parking right outside and easy access with a lock box. Their directions were simple to follow and they responded almost immediately to any queries I had. I cannot recommend both the apartment and Sandra & Fabio as a hosts highly enough. The apartment was spotless and spacious and was the perfect stay for myself and my daughter. Thank you both so much. I will see you again soon!

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and very nice just like the pictures. Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to the metro across the street that will take you to the center in around 15-20min. One thing you need to know, if you have your car it’s really difficult to find a parking slot and it’s not recommended, you will need to park in private garages that will cost around €30/night. There is a garage around 5-7min walk from the apartment which is great.

Daniele & Clara were so great. I unexpectedly got sick and was delayed a day, but my group was able to check in no issue without me. Clara also made accommodations for my late arrival which was such a help. Their place was beautiful, and had all our group needs. Close to all the Florence attractions, which Clara was also very helpful in recommending to our group. We made great memories! Thank you to them both!

We had a wonderful week staying at Juliette and Serge's place. The location was perfect - easy walking to all the major sights and lots of restaurant and bars within a few blocks. The apt was lovely, spacious and light filled. We enjoyed our apertivo on the rooftop which had a spectacular 360 view of Florence skyline (Duomo, Pitti Palace, and beyond). The layout of the apt was nice because of the two level living area so we never felt crowded. The second living area is very light filled with a walk out balcony to enjoy the rooftop views. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and eating but we only had our morning coffees there (Nespresso machine). But as previous reviews state, there are a lot of stairs (glass stairs inside) - 3 floor walk up, and more stairs inside the unit so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a really good stay here. It’s very close to the station, good restaurants and the main sights. Most of all the host, Francesco, was really good. We had some issues whilst staying there and he went out of his way to help us, he visited us twice and maintained contact throughout our stay. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants and talked to us like we were friends. All in all it was a really good experience.

Donatella foi muito prestativa, nos dando orientações e dicas sobre a cidade bem Como sendo tempestiva nas respostas. O imóvel muito bem localizado e extremamente limpo e funcional. Nos atendeu muito bem. Camas confortáveis, cozinha completa. Será minha opção sempre que voltar a Florença.

Central location. Close to everything including good restaurants around the corner and a supermarket 5 mins by foot. Very spacious for a family of 4. Please note that there are 60 stairs to get to the apartment (no lift). Host was very responsive. Would definitely return. Grazie Rossella!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea's villa. Andrea was so kind and helpful, giving lots of recommendations for the area and even giving us a tour around his family home. The villa is only a short drive to Siena, and there is lots to do in the Tuscan countryside as well. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
