Kitchen, bathroom, living room, balcony is shared only with me. Bus stop & streetcar right below the building.

This room is for ONE person only. Your room is on the 3rd floor and is air-conditioned in the summer. We have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. This bathroom is not for bathing - we have a renovated bathroom in the basement for showering. We supply soap, towels, etc. You may use our microwave and kettle, but we prefer little to no use of the stove. This is a case-by-case basis so please let us know if you intend to cook in our space.
