Centrally located, beaches, historic Berlin, and amenity filled community [pools, golf, pickle-ball etc.] Sleeps 8-9; king, queen, full-twin bunk, single. Must be 25 yrs old or prior service military or first responders. Recent price hikes forced us to cut the cable, switch to streaming services, and install TVs in each room. Linens and beach club parking pass available for a fee.

Chincoteague beach house, Sleeps 10, pet friendly

Great vacation island house overlooking the Assateague Channel, the lighthouse and the marshes where the wild ponies graze. The house has a screened front porch with a deck that overlooks everything, yet is only about a minute to downtown. The trolly will stop right in front of the house and take your all around the island. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an outside beach shower. Everything you would want for up to 10 guests. Well-behaved pets are fine with the pet fee. Linen service avail.

Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.
