I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was super convenient, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

Really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was super easy and hassle-free, and the host was awesome—really helpful and accommodating. The place was super clean, had lovely decor, and felt really cozy. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood but still nice and close to the shops, which was super handy. We also had a blast playing on the table tennis table. Would definitely come back!

very clean and neat abode. comfy mattress. The wifi was great. Vivian or her husband was available when needed. this was my first experience in a shared home, and it was a positive experience. The house is conveniently located and quite secure.

Chandis place was kept in a great condition and had all required amenities for us. The location of the house was great and had very easy access to main highways and freeways. The place was great for our family and I would stay here again.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

David and Natalie were amazing hosts. Very responsive, clean apartment with great views. They even went the extra mile and left a bottle of bubbles as they new we were getting married! Would stay here again. location was fantastic. easy to walk everywhere.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Space was very clean. We had a baby with us who crawled everywhere so this helped a lot with being at ease.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
