Beautiful home in a quiet and peaceful area. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was really lovely and spacious. The kids absolutely loved the pool (which was quite big too) and they also loved playing table tennis. Host was very responsive and helpful. Franklin beach is not far and was lovely to visit and the bakery at the nearby shopping centre had some lovely food! Only thing I would suggest would be curtains for the house, particularly the bathrooms. While the house was private and the bathrooms did have large gardens/trees blocking the fence, I personally would have felt more comfortable with the extra privacy in the bathrooms. Aside from that, everything about the home was perfect!

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

We booked here as a last minute decision to go away for the night and I am so glad we did. The most beautiful home and most refreshing pool with this heat. Anthony and Anjil are such terrific hosts and I couldn’t recommend their home more!

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

The property was easy to find and check into. Was clean on arrival and frlt very accommodating. The pool and spa was great fun and the nature surrounding the property was very relaxing. Great little place to getaway for a weekend.

Best place to live nearby my destination and peaceful place to live

Megan’s house was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The views of the lake and the abundance of birds made it such a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Check-in was incredibly easy, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

Overall we had a good time at Alise’s place. It’s in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Rooms are all in second floor equipped with the basic amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and was helpful for us who were traveling as a big group.

Fantastic host and beautiful home. Ideal location for our stay and close to all amenities and plenty to do in the area. Would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne

Robyn was lovely she was always communicating with us to ensure that we are having a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond and for that we are very appreciative. Her home is lovely and in a high secure location only locals would be visiting. We will return once we visit Victoria again.

Chandi's place is in a great location and we had access to everything we needed. She was a great host and was very helpful when needed. Would stay there again in the future if looking for a place in that area.

Great house, with plenty of space, off street parking and secure gate so kids could ride bikes on the driveway. Handy to shops, easy commute to city for day trips and great kitchen for Christmas cooking. Host communications were proactive and check in was easy. Beds were comfy too.

We had a wonderful stay at Duc's. Beautiful townhouse, super clean & comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and we appreciate Duc sent us a list of recommended places to eat nearby. Instructions for check in & out were very clear and we did not have any problem at all. I'd recommend Duc's place if anyone is looking to stay at Springvale.
